Arrived at 3pm, took 3 rooms. At 11pm one of the 3 had been assigned to others. They give us another one, very dirty. We expect them to clean it for us. Almost 1 hour of waiting and we are past midnight. Finally in bed, suddenly a TV at full volume starts broadcasting a news program or something similar, we leave the room to ask that the reception TV be turned off given the time. Very large rooms but dilapidated furniture, bathtubs repaired at best, signs of wear everywhere, plaster coming off the walls, doors dragging on the floor. Toilet seat broken so much so that a lady was injured. Breakfast? No comments apart from the cappuccino and coffee. Salty not received. Bagged snacks from the supermarket and some quite tasty cakes. I could write a thousand other things but I'll stop here. Naturally we made our complaints at the time of payment and they gave us a discount but for me who had booked the 3 rooms it was a terrible impression.
