Ho accompagnato mio figlio per un campus di judo e ha soggiornato in questo hotel, quando siamo andati a riprenderlo poiché non era ancora in hotel ma ad allenarsi abbiamo chiesto info in reception ,la signora alle nostre domande ci ha liquidato con tre secchi "non lo so" per niente gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo pensato di aspettare nostro figlio al bar e abbiamo preso due caffè, abbiamo chiesto se avessero una brioche per nostra figlia di 8 anni e ci hanno risposto che dovevano controllare se ne fossero rimaste dalla colazione del mattino . Una ragazza è arrivata con delle mini brioche, ho chiesto il conto è arrivata una signora per fare cassa e un' altra più anziana,la donna anziana ha chiesto 3 euro e 50 l' altra più giovane ha ribadito 4.50 , ogni caffè 1.50 e la brioche mini e perfino avanzata 1.50, poi ci siamo recate ai bagni e quando siamo salite su i camerieri offrivano a gratis le brioche alle persone che entravano al bar. Professionalità e accoglienza= zero assoluto
