HOW SORRY I AM THAT WE SPENT 450 EUROS IN THIS HOTEL! My husband and I stayed in your hotel these days, from August 25th to 27th. Unfortunately, 450 euros is absolutely not worth your hotel. A nice room in South Tyrol can be found for 100 euros. The spa is old and dirty! I am attaching some photos that I showed to the reception; they told me they would check, but they did nothing! In the room we found a towel stained with menstrual blood. At the reception, when I brought it, the girl did not even offer to take it back to the room, she only told me to get another one. I am shocked! At the reception no one smiles and it seems that you are only kind to Germans and those who speak German. The girls at the reception have an expression as if the customers owe them something. I said it was our wedding anniversary, but no one even offered us a welcome cocktail. They changed the room with great difficulty. You cannot access the pool because it is full of people from the campsite. The photos on Booking are misleading: it is not indicated that the campsite uses the pool. The photos do not correspond to reality. At the restaurant, after clearing the plates before dessert, they did not clean the tablecloth, and I had to sit with a dirty table. At breakfast they forgot everything we ordered. The table remained dirty and I had to turn the napkin over or ask the waiter to clean it, while he only brought the dessert to a table stained with sauce. In general, I regret having paid 450 euros just to sleep. With 450 euros, the Hotel Hubertus offers impeccable service, while your garbage can is not worth this money! I will never return and I told my friend not to come. In Funes we found a wonderful place for much less and I regret not having returned instead of trying your hotel. If you want to make up for it, you can refund me part of the amount, since I wanted to leave yesterday. Otherwise, I will write this review on Booking and other sites to warn others.

English: We stayed one night in this hotel and, overall, I recommend it. The rooms are very nice, recently renovated with taste. However, from the photos you can't see that the bathroom is one with the room (except for the toilet which is in a closed room)... The sink is located near the bed and the shower is in a recess behind the sink. The breakfast is good and varied and the dinner at the restaurant was also decent (I recommend the pizza). The only really sore point is the SPA. We chose this hotel precisely because it provided this service and we were really disappointed. In theory, you should have booked to access it (as it is very small)... in practice no one controls access and it is a mess. In addition to overcrowding, the spa rooms are really small, old and above all poorly maintained. The herbal tea corner was empty of herbal teas (finished), there were no clean cups and the kettle was empty... the phone to call reception didn't work. Dirty, already used cups were scattered everywhere. The temperature of the pool was almost cold, not at all pleasant. The sauna was the same temperature as the other rooms (you didn't even sweat...). The hydromassage is a white tub a little bigger than those you use at home, really sad. Overall, I liked the hotel but if you are looking for a structure with a SPA go elsewhere

We stayed two nights in the hotel apartments, I have never slept so badly. I couldn't sleep a wink, I woke up full of pain. The mattress is practically broken. The walls of the house are very thin, the Germans next to us in the apartment next door thought they were in an independent villa, they were yelling and making a lot of noise and obviously their living room wall bordered our bedroom wall, I didn't sleep a wink. Obviously the apartments don't have a lift so those with small children or back problems still have to carry everything up the stairs. The food in the restaurant is decent, shame about the waiters who don't know what friendliness is at all. It seems like I went into a funeral, not a restaurant.

Amazing hotel, we had a suite with a bathroom, gorgeous spa and massages, incredible, I really liked it, it was an unforgettable holiday, amazing food for breakfast and dinner, great guys bartenders, gorgeous view from the window, very nice staff) I will definitely come back 😀
