"I arrived in this place 1 hour from Orlando! I am planning to rest in Fort Lauderdale! I did not expect that the location of this small town hotel is very close to the sea, so decided to rest here! The room is awesome and a small suite! There is a balcony to see the invincible sea! Recommended to come here!"

"We had a good time, but you can hear everything between rooms and the hallway. The table in the room didn't seem clean.
The breakfast was very good and the coffee was good, thanks to the staff who are very kind and warm, especially the receptionist Martha who attended to us with great pleasure and kindness, she gave us instructions on everything we needed to know.
Very grateful."

"The room was large and I had a quiet room. Parking is free. The breakfast is complete and it happens to have blueberries. There are also crocodiles in the pond outside the hotel. Ctrip booking is very convenient."

"According to the evaluation of the hotel, but the fact is lower than the guest's evaluation. Maybe because the hurricane is very humid, the floor of the room is always wet and sticky, and the breakfast is very general. Cleaning the famous hotel, but really a bit over-reputed. But as a temporary haven, thank you!"

"Very nice motel, loved our short stay there! Sparkly clean, modern & spacey room, super friendly & helpful service, great location. Definitely check out the beautiful scenice road along the river ride behinde the motel. Decently priced, very comfortable beds, nice free coffee and even free laundry. We also slept very nice in the comfy bed and had no issues with noise although it’s directly located on a big road and next to an active railroad. Overall, really recommended!"

Jj.m.13Overall the stay was good but breakfast was unavailable. It states breakfast included in the hotel info online while booking and also shows breakfast until 930am on weekdays on sign in hotel yet it was not from 8a-9a so we had to buy breakfast.

XXueyiI went on Christmas, the staff in the hotel are very good, and the epidemic prevention and disinfection are particularly good in Florida. They also told us that their NASA tickets are discounted, and there is a delicious Chinese restaurant next to it.

Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds
Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

NN MidoriAo lado do pier, muito bem localizado. Restaurantes e mercados ao redor.Estacionamento amplo. Cafe da manha tem o necessario.Nao usamos a piscina, mas o hotel disponibiliza para os clientes. Quarto amplo , camas confortaveis. Ficamos no terreo, em frente a maquina de gelo, entao um pouco barulhento.

GGuest UserThe accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very welcoming, the hotel is in a good location, just off the road on the island, across the road from the resort to the beach, the beach is evener than Miami, the sand is fine, the seagulls fly, the most important people. The rooms are clean and there is an open-air swimming pool, a great place for a summer holiday in Cocoa Beach.
