We had originally booked a double room only. But when we arrived their was a family apartment available which we were offered for same price. Naturally we had the apartment. We had a sea view too. When we arrived at the property we had to phone cause no one was around cause we were early. We couldn't get hold of Nichola but managed to get hold of her mother who was very helpful and kept us up dated. When Nichola phoned us she asked for our car details so she could sort our parking permit out. The flat was clean and comfy. We were near the sea, bars and restaurants. Nichola was able to answer all our questions and was really helpful. Yes we would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Arrived to find couldn't park as was busy bank Holiday Monday. Spoke to Nicola the owner, who moved her car slightly to enable us to park. Flat was spacious for three adults, good sea view across harbour and Spa. Own kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and all cutlery and utensils and bathroom with easy to use shower, just needed to take own towels but was informed before arrival. TV not working but sorted straight away, even offered her own if couldn't get it to work. Lovely clean rooms, very welcoming and helpful host, Nicola. Handy for harbour, shops and restaurants and takeaways. Will stay again when visiting Bridlington.

Myself and my family have been coming to rowantree holiday flats for over 10 years now , Nicola cant do enough to make you feel comfortable very clean flats we always enjoy our stay here very comfortable and relaxed left to do your own thing but they are always there just a phone call away if you need them we book every year before we leave to guarantee our flat as its a very busy place

We returned to these lovely holiday flats for the secound time , this time we had flat c . This apartment had two lovely bedrooms , kitchen dinner with lovely sea views . It looked like it had just had an upgrade of new carpets , and fixtures , and nicely decorated . Aslo looked like new fire doors . We enjoyed our stay and had problems .

Welcomed by Nicola when we arrived, she is very friendly and a lovely lady all round!. We were staying in the small room, which was very clean and cosy. Was a bit cramped but hey ho can't have everything, a lovely clean room, great host, fantastic location. Would def return again but will look for a flat rather than a room. Easy to park, had no issues at all even though it was very busy with the holidays.

This place is spotlessly clean and the the owner is very helpful. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage Views from the front rooms fantastic looking over the harbour. Centrall located onle minutes from shops and restaurants

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights. The top floor flat was very spacious and clean. Nicola was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Nicola for your hospitality. Fantastic views of the beach. Will definitely return again. Thank you from Richard and John from Barnsley.
