We came here every August bank holiday for the weekend, hotel perfect, staff perfect, food perfect, location perfect, you cannot go wrong at this hotel, right on the sea front and loads of parking spaces, which is a god send for this area. Definitely 10 out of 10

I cannot knock a premier inn for comfort, cleanliness, breakfasts we stay in them often and Bridlington was no different. We booked this one as we were having a meal at Salt on the Harbour which I may add was superb. We arrived back at the Premier Inn around 9.15 went into the bar had a drink then my husband went for another round at just gone 10 only to be told the bar was closed. Apparently last orders are at 9.45 and we were told they had called it, well if they did no one heard it. So we sat and talked whilst playing a game of cards until a very nice Emily came and said they were closing so basically with no where else to go and sit it was off to bed. If we had known this we could of gone elsewhere for a couple of night caps. So the four of us in our late 60s was sent to our beds very disappointed as we don't see our friends often. What pub has last orders at 9.45.

Emily the Team Leader, we think was professional, helpful and flexible, meeting our needs with a smile. Thanks! The Hotel itself is in an excellent location, rooms good and beds very comfy. All the staff were pleasant, as was our stay. No complaints!

The hotel is fresh and clean. checking in was easy, the staff are friendly. The room was lovely with all what we needed for a nights stay. We paid around £60 and it was well worth the money we were very surprised we had a sea view. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked very nice. Would recommend.

Again enjoyable visit at Bridlington. 2 couples two night. Rooms clean and tidy as expected only problem was the TV reception in the hotel, TV kept going off for hours, complained to reception apparently Bridlington area has TV reception problems if certain atmospheric conditions apply which is out of the hotels control but if you are staying in room in evenings spoils your stay

We arrived at the premier inn on Tuesday afternoon. We were early, and although it states that when booking, pay an extra £10 to request an early booking. I don't see why you should pay an extra £10 also it's out of season, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived at the reception they was nobody on at the desk. They were a sign asking us to press a buzzer on the self check in machines. They weren't working, but one buzzer was for attention. Someone came to the desk and asked if he could help us. I said yes, I know we're early, but we would like to check in. The man said check-in is 3 pm. You can pay £10 to check in early or come back later. He went on to say if you come back in an hour 15 minutes, you can check in for free. We arrived at 1 pm. We decided to go into the cookhouse pub. For a hot drink. The service there was very poor, with no organisation. However, we did eventually get our hot drinks of cup of tea and coffee. Once we had finished we decided to go for a walk. When we returned back to the hotel, we sat for a while before I went back to the desk. A lady this time said you're going to have to wait now until 3 pm. Eventually, when we could check in, we went to our room. we paid a bit extra for a room with a view. Our room was ok clean, tidy and a good size. I noticed in the bathroom that there were no cups. So we had to use the cups provided when brushing our teeth. Although it's not much of an issue. We decided to go downstairs into the cookhouse pub for our meal. They offer £5 value meals if you can get them. We were seated at our table and waited ages for someone to even take our order. I had to ask someone if someone was going to take our order. When someone came over to take our order. We both wanted fish and chips from the £5 value menu. The girl said we don't have fish from that menu. You can have haddock at extra cost. We both ordered the fish and chips. When it arrived, it looked the worse fish and chips we have ever had. The service was very poor and the food wasn't that great. I would not recommend the cookhouse pub for food and drink. Apart from that, we did enjoy our couple of days away

The gentleman in reception was very polite and welcoming. Room was fine overlooking the car park but it was clean and comfortable bed. Had to go to reception to ask for towels as only I small towel in room .evening meal staff had no idea about menu or drinks food was cold ,took order for dessert then forgot waited half an hour then had to ask ,staff just didn't seem bothered,TV in room lost signal so couldn't watch it,WiFi didn't work.following day breakfast was beyond poor. Food had run out waited ages for hot food to be restocked eggs like rubber ,lots of items missing, juice had run out numerous people asked the girl in charge and were answered abruptly and she can across very unfriendly and as if she wasn't bothered that everyone was complaining.
