Definitely a great place to stay and feel at home whilst away! Perfect location for accessing the beach, seafront and Bridlington spa. Theresa is a brilliant host, very welcoming and takes pride in her clean and comfy rooms. I didn't make use of the bike hire but maybe next time. Highly recommend whether on holiday or working in the area.

Very warm and comfortable stay Theresa gose above and beyond to make your stay the best she can everything you need in the room close to all the clubs restaurants harbour cannot wait to return we love Bridlington always something to do we are hoping to return in the near future

Second time at this great little guesthouse and we left rested and happy. The location is perfect for the Spa and we were at a festival for the weekend. Teresa and Howard are lovely friendly hosts and the room is perfect for a short break. Will be back in 25 (assuming the festival is on again!).

Yet another perfect stay at this guesthouse,think it's the 4th time we have been and never any complaint we are always made so welcome the host goes all out rooms immaculate,beds are the best wish I had one at my house haha,always makes the cot up with toys lovely gesture It's located 2 mins from seafront aswell We will he going again in next couple weeks so get booking people you won't be disappointed 😘

Fabulous host, great location everything you could need for short break. The room we stayed in had fridge, microwave as well as tea and coffee supplied. The room was clean the shower great. Honestly the best bed i have slept in that wasn't my own. Lovely bedding and 'proper' fluffy pillows.

We came at short notice for just one night, room only and was made to feel very welcome from the first point of contact. Our en suite room was on the 2nd floor and was soo comfortable and spacious, and immaculately clean. It would be great for a family of four as there is a side room with two single beds. An added bonus was the air conditioning which was very welcome as the weather had turned ed very hot. Tea and coffee was made available as was a microwave and small fridge so that was very useful. A good size freeview tv and DVD player are also available in the room with a selection of films, books and games to keep entertained if you so wish. Lots of tourism info is provided in the room including a Bridlington Passport card which gives discounts at many local attractions and eating places. There is a quality shower cubicle in the en suite bathroom too. I'd definitely return when I can as Brid is a great resort and the beach is a very short stroll from the premises. All in all, a great value b&b with the option of room only, or a with a breakfast if you wish.

We received a warm, friendly welcome from Teresa. She was really helpful in providing information about the local area. The guest house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and is about 5 minutes to Bridlington Spa, making it an ideal location. The room was comfortable and well presented and had some nice decorative touches, along with a fridge and a microwave.

+/- 100m to beach, 1 min walk to the Spa, Pubs, Restaurants. everything else is a flat, easy 5 - 10 min walk: the Harbour, Amusement Arcade & Fun Park, Shops etc. + if you walk to the Fun Park you can catch the land train right up to Sewerby Hall & cliffs 👍😎
