Mont Millais

I and my partner Allison stayed at the Mont Millais 22-24th Marcn '24. The room, 6, was lovely and clean. The breakfasts were nice too. On Saturday morning i put the shower on outside the cubicle, it was very hot, i tried for 30 minutes to try cool the hot water without sucess. I told the lady making the breakfast about this, she said she would call the owner to send an engineer to fix the problem. Upon return to the guest house that evening, the problem still hadn't been resolved. I told the lady down stairs on Sunday morning making breakfast. She apologised and stated she had let the owners aware. I told her if an elderly person or vunerable adult had got in the shower, they would have been scalded in seconds. I didn't receieve a call , text Saturday afternoon to say this had been resolved. I paid £198 for 2 days stay and couldn't have a shower! I phoned the Mont Millais when i got home Sunday without answer so sent a text to explain the above. I am still awaiting a reply 24hrs later! The Millais was un maned during our stay apart from the lady making breakfast. It appears to me, the management don't care about there guests! I and my partner won't be staying here again!

My wife and i stayed at mon mallias august 23.room and hotel spotless,staff very freindly and helpfull.breakfast very good,will stay there next time.nice walk from hotel to harbour along the seafront.

Just returned from our 2nd visit to this wonderful guest house, whatever has been put on here before is spot on. Geoff & Clare are wonderful hosts , rooms clean and tidy , superb breakfast we would both recommend this to anybody wanting a short break or a week or two stay in this lovely resort. We will be back next year many thanks Steve & Jane

I can only second everything already written here. Geoff and Claire are friendly, professional and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The room (room 1) was huge and the massive bed was so comfortable! Everything was spotless and the refreshments tray was varied, well stocked and regularly replenished. And the breakfast…!!! Amazing quality, well cooked and a huge selection. We will certainly be back and will be recommending Heoff and Claire to everyone!

Brilliant holiday staying in Bridlington hotel owners Geoff & Claire total professional and are both on another level of customer satisfaction and service the hotel is fantastic the rooms are larger than the norm offering superior decor and upgraded furnishings large TV and service with a smile which is second to none breakfast is superb every ingredient looks and tastes amazing its best breakfasts we have ever had and a credit to the hotel management who are very efficient and courteous a real breath of fresh air and are totally highly competent in every respect no worries to the guests a fantastic trouble free six night stay free parking a real bonus nice and quiet but ideal spot to access all areas within walking distance the best part of the town by far we were 100% contented and extremely happy with our stay top quality and great value for money highly recommended establishment.

What a lovely house comfortable warm lovely bed fantastic breakfast and lovely hosts. Good choice of breakfasts including eggs benedict wit homemade hollandause sauce. REALLY helpful owners who suggested good places fir evening meal. Would really recommend
