We made the request for three nights but in the reservation show each separate, so in the check in they didn't know what to do, maybe they will change our room, but I don't why because we pay the same room for every night, I hope the give me the same room to give them an Excellent qualification. Amazing hotel in an amazing location with an amazing view. The whole place is clean and very well-maintained. They offer a great breakfast (the Brienz butter is super good!). Very accommodating staff. The free parking is a bonus! Highly recommended!

The rating is a bit low. The room is clean and the view from the window is amazing. The room price is cheap, the breakfast place is large and the coffee is delicious.
The only thing I can say is that the location is remote, there are no restaurants, and you need to go to the station.

I stayed there for 2 days. The hotel is close to the lake, with picturesque scenery, beautiful mountain and lake views, and very comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room and breakfast. It is worth recommending to everyone. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance.
