Not too far from Brig station, 13 min. Close to schloss park perfect view, nice room, old style. Overall r good.

We got there at 9.30 p.m. while it was raining and the self check-in didn't work! Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good..

last min stay at this self check in hotel was great, we missed our last train back to lauterbrunnen and this was near the train station. simple and comfy. had everything necessary even including a hearty breakfast. easy to contact the front desk even after weee hours for assistance. food hot shower bed and room was spacious and great.

There was a group that left directly to Venice at around 7 o'clock, so I chose to spend the night here.
Hotel staff are very welcoming
We told the front desk to take the early train and they prepared a brunch package for us.
Samsung's facilities hmmm. The curtains are only white gauze. It's very bright when you sleep at night.
There is no heating. They brought a heater to us at the back. I can’t say enough good things about the service.
