Three Bishops Inn

Very expensive, we paid £221, so we were expecting something more luxurious! The room was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable but if you wanted the window open the extractor from the kitchen was close by and noisy (room 5). The evening meal was very average, the pie I had was soggy. Breakfast was very slow and they seemed short staffed. Limited choice for breakfast, only a small cooked breakfast no cereal, fruit or toast offered. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay.

Lovely place, off road parking, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good food. Will be back 👍 Good choice of food and drinks. Best night’s sleep for months. If you’re looking for somewhere to stopover then this would be idea………………..

The beds and rooms were super comfortable. Excellent showers and good food in v welcoming pub restaurent. Landlady was really helpful and went out of her way to make our stay great.

My wife and I live on the island but decided to book two nights away on the other side of the island as a small break and change of scenery! The Three Bishops is a really nice pub in the heart of the peaceful village of Brighstone. We had a really nice room which was very clean and fresh. Very comfy bed which I struggled to leave each morning!! Really nice cooked breakfast and also a selection of cereal, drinks and toast. The pubs has regular bands in so there is always something on. Really good food menus and all at very good prices. I definitely recommend having the steak as it was a decent size and cooked to perfection! On another night we both went for the burger with stilton and mushroom sauce, again this was ridiculously good! Definitely will be back to stay again! Stacey who runs the place is very friendly, accommodating and her and the team can't do enough for you and really look after you. While I was outside speaking to one of the locals one evening he said that since Stacey and the family took over they have really transformed the pub back to how it should be. Thanks for a great time and looking forward to coming back.

Good clean room a bit small but ok for a couple of nights warm and comfortable only had one meal when we stayed didn't like the fish good central location staff very friendly Good value for room only

The room and facilities were all fine. However, we had a terrible stay here unfortunately. We stayed on a Saturday night, and at about 10:30, the music in the bar below was ramped up with a very heavy bass. Staying in rooms above a bar, you might expect to hear a bit of music and talking- but this was intense! It stayed really loud (couldn't sleep or even watch TV) until after midnight despite us phoning down to the bar and complaining. The website claims the bar closes at 11pm. Really disappointed and cant recommend this.
