Our deadbolt didn’t work it wasn’t lining up properly but thankfully there was a door stopper but that should be fixed. Overall great stay!

Newly renovated property. Convenient location. Still finishing things up. Need to address minor housekeeping issues. Owner is on property, was very accommodating to our requests. Great value.

Great Stay! The location is great, quiet neighborhood, clean room and quite comfortable bed. We had issues with the room key card, but customer service remedied this immediately. The Manzara Cafe right next door has the best Turkish coffee!

Okay spot Very good location to stay for quick access to airport. Generally good spot, responsive service. But our toilet was out of order and that’s no way to have your hotel room

This seems like a property in transition. The good points are that the room and bathroom were very clean, the shower was phenomenal, the heated toilet seat was fun and the location is good. The negatives are the beds - hard as a rock - and the way too soft pillows. I thought there was a refrigerator in the room and indeed there was, but it was still in the box in the bathroom! Glad we travel with our keurig, but for those who want coffee in the room, there is no coffee pot. The restaurant next door (same owners?) serves coffee, but I was up about 3 hours before they open! Would I stay again? No, but only because of the beds.

Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.
