We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!
We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

Very nice hotel, great environment, the smell in the room makes people feel very relaxed. But when I checked out, the hotel made a wrong deduction from me and has not dealt with this matter, which has resulted in me not receiving my refund yet.

If you are going to stay in an hotel in Brighton - you simply couldn’t do better than stay at 124 … the best seafront hotel on the Kings Road in Brighton. Newly refurbished with the most comfortable rooms , wonderfully comfortable beds , superb staff and an outstanding chef. Cannot recommend this terrific hotel highly enough

Just checked out of 124 and we miss it already. From the moment we arrived on an unbelievably hot afternoon, to checking out a couple of days later everything has been perfect. From breakfast to the bar snacks ( seafood mini tacos and smoked salmon on rye toast, served with amazing fries) the food could not be better. We also loved being able to pop to the Pantry for our daily fix of chocolate covered raisins and jelly babies..... This hotel has style in spades and staff to match, we can't wait to return.

My family and I stayed at this amazing hotel at the beginning of July for 2 nights. My daughter held her wedding reception there. It was without doubt the most wonderful experience. What can I say! The rooms were just exquisite; spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The food was absolutely delicious. Above all, the staff were so professional , friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and my family. I could go on and on ! Thank you so much for making my daughter’s wedding weekend at 124 Guesthouse such a joy. We have all taken away with us fantastic memories of a very, very beautiful hotel.
