Freezing cold room because window catch was broken, so I was kept awake until 3am by disturbances of peace from street and then woken again at 5am.
TV aerial did not work, and the bathroom was like Blackpool Illuminations.
Went for a 2 day break after a severe illness and came back feeling worse than ever!!

Great guesthouse, we had a comfortable nights sleep, the mattress is so comfortable, the room was very clean and had coffee tea etc. the staff is very polite and helpful . The location is excellent. will definitely come back when we back to brighton.

We stayed in this hotel for one night in the family room. The room has a very fresh clean and modern look with balcony and a beautiful view of the sea, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel . very clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. The owners are very friendly and helpful. would highly recommend.
