Hotel Nineteen

Stayed in a delux double room on the ground floor for 2 nights. The room was clean and well equipped with extras like a small fridge and phone dock. Location was good and room was quiet. The biggest issue for us was that we found the room cold. It’s an old Victorian terrace with bay windows and the small radiator in the room could not cope with warming the room. We asked for another heater and extra blankets and were given some lovely warm fleecy blankets but I do feel these should have been on offer in the room already. We were also offered a tiny plug in heater which added a little heat but with such high ceilings it still wasn’t warm in the room. There wasn’t much space to move around as it was all a tightish squeeze. The bed was very low which was a slight issue for my husband. There was a cupboard built into the room for the en-suite which was modern and clean but no heating at all in there so again rather cold. In terms of clothes storage there was a small hanging rail and hangars and some shelves but no wardrobe or draws. The bedside tables were small round plastic stool type things with a slightly rounded top so phones etc kept sliding off.

Lovely contemporary B&B in a great location. Great for a short stay. We stayed over a bank holiday so street parking spaces a bit hit and miss (due to the central location) but this is beyond their control. The direct booking process was very simple and I had comprehensive e mail communication from them. Helpful friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Great little hotel. 5 minutes from the seafront and next to the bars so a great location. Rooms are clean, easy check in and a much better price than some in the area. There's an EV charger for your car outside the hotel and it's better to get parking from them. Absolutely would stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely hotel. Perfect for a little stay as a couple visiting the beach. Were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome. Close to some great spots for eating, drinking and enjoying what Brighton has to offer

Lovely room with lots of amenities including a fridge, coffee machine and air-conditioning. Very comfortable bed and an absolutely fabulous shower. We also loved the complementary snacks. The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance of the pier, beach and nightlife, but off the front so not too noisy.

Perfect base for a three day break in Brighton. Parking is a bit of a lottery, but that’s outside their control. Seafront is at the end of the street and a short walk from the Laines etc. Comfortable and clean room. Complimentary snacks etc. All nicely thought out.
