The staff is rude, one of the hotel guests raised false claims, they took our room without justification and they refuse to give us a refund, they only use the establishment to steal from the guests, do not stay there, there are better options

Es un lugar encantador, ideal para disfrutar de una vacacione inolvidable. Tienen alberca con agua cristalina y fresca. Los departamentos son espaciosos y súper equipados, camas queen y king size. La palapa cuenta con un tapanco donde disfruté muchísimos mi clases de yoga y masajes. El personal el amable y atento. Aconsejaré Casa Borka también cómo lugar para bodas, cuentan con una weddyng planner excepcional. Regresaré.
