"Stayed for business and then to go out on the town that night We had the 2 bedroom Business had desk right at window incredible city river view ! Mirror in bathroom had 3 types of lights you could use perfect for make up :) Bed room full length mirror Was more spacious then I thought it was going to be in lounge and veranda And view was beautiful Headed out in town location was awesome easy location Also was very easy drive to get there and easy to find Staff lovely even lent us a phone charger"

"I received a city view room, and the facilities and room were clean and nice! There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel, and it was nice to have a panoramic view of the city and river. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away from the main street like Hyatt or Hilton, but it was quiet and nice. If you plan to go back and forth on Main Street a lot, it may be a bit difficult. Still, I was satisfied with the room and the hotel service was very good."

"The room was super clean and beds are huge. The aircon may need to be checked by maintenance (specifically in room231) because the room doesn’t get cold even if it is left on for 48hours. The airflow is too low and I was sweating for 3nights. I did raise this issue on the second day but Im not sure if this was checked. Overall, its an excellent experience and would book again."

"A great place to spend your weekends in. However, there is a massive construction going on right now so there would be noise complaints. A few amenities in the room didn’t rlly work very well but other than that, still a great room."

"Very satisfied stay, the room was large and the view from the window was beautiful It arrived at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in, but it was necessary to check in at 2 o'clock. Four of us booked two rooms. The front desk also gave us a room. From the hotel, walk to Queen Street for about 15 minutes. The opposite side of the hotel is the cruise ship pier. From here you can take a boat to Longbai Zoo If next time, definitely stay again"
