We stayed in Room 1 for 3 nights and had a brilliant stay. Family of 4 with children aged 8 and 11. Location was great, we loved looking at the street art and kids enjoyed skating Dean Lane skate park - a bonus being next door. Loved the table tennis and pool tables (could do with a few more cues) and the free sweets and biscuits. Everyone staying was very respectful of the 10pm curfew on the communal area. You can hear noise from the communal area and skate park in the room but this didn’t bother us. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The shower didn’t drain brilliantly and that would be our only criticism. We were able to leave our luggage on our final day to go and explore and come back and collect it later. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Bristol, felt very safe and enjoyed our short stay.

Booked room 1, not really wheelchair friendly but lovely room, shower amazing , facilities good, lovely and clean , definitely return if needing accommodation in Bristol, not too far to walk for city centre, but taxi only 6quid, great street art not far, plenty charity shops and food places nearby, good place for families, don't be put off by outside exterior or surrounding area which is shabby, but I see this area as upcoming in future months
