Parking was difficult to find, as it is located at The Star. Had to validate the ticket at the concierge every time we re-entered/exited the car park. It was paid parking. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay and the experience I had with your trip service desk. Overall, I had a positive experience, although there were a few minor hiccups along the way. However, I must commend your team for their prompt and efficient resolution of these issues. The trip service desk demonstrated world-class customer service. The representatives patiently and politely listened to my frustrations and concerns, and they were dedicated to finding a satisfactory resolution that would benefit both the hotel and myself. I truly appreciate their efforts in going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This level of service was truly brilliant, and I am more than happy to recommend Trip.com to anyone looking to book their next holiday, whether it be a hotel or a flight. We travelled to the Gold Coast for our wedding, and decided to stay in Sofitel Broadbeach, a hotel we stayed our first visit to the Gold Coast together. This time however, we also recommended our families to stay in the hotel too. The stay was brilliant. Did not disappoint. We were met with champagne on entry, and had some special surprises in our room for our special occasion. The staff were so kind and gave the best recommendations to our parents while staying with the hotel. The front service member Michael, from the US, was a credit to the team and went well above the call of his duty for our week we stayed. Thank you Sofitel for the memories and the treasured time at your resort. Not only did you provide us with an excellent location and comfortable stay, but you recognized the importance of our visit.

We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the ******. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting

The room is quite spacious, just close to the road, a bit noisy, breakfast and dinner are all 🉑️ and free parking

On our trip to Gold Coast we booked our accommodation with Meriton a studio apartment. Upon arrival and check in we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment no charge, and couldn’t be happier , as their service was a friendly, fast, and professional. Our 1 bedroom apartment is amazing, featuring queen bed with t.v in room , spacious living area , kitchen, laundry and balcony with a beautiful view of the beach . The location convenience, being across the road from the casino and pacific fair , and Goya cafe downstairs for a close by breakfast before heading on your day of adventure. We’ll most definitely be checking in to Meriton in near future.

The building is at a good location and the view from the high floors are great. However, the place is quite worn and, such as carpets, toilets, handles, walls are very scuffed and dirty, etc. not the cleanest place too.

Very nice and clean apartment. Location is good as well. However, it was hard to find a parking in allocated areas as it used to get busy and kitchen... It's simply not practicle. I had kids with me but I couldn't do any quick meals for them as I was told the smoke alarm is very sensible and I would have to pay if it goes off. The kitchen's exhaust was actually leaving the air inside the cabinets. If you need a kitchen to do meals... This isn't the place.
