"We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel "

"It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay."

"Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk.
The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.
We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment."

"Fantastic location, close to everything you need down on the coast. Issues with the booking going through on trip.com and a call had to verify all my information. Staffed hours were minimal (maybe due to Covid) and no milk provided in the fridge, no comp water or toothbrushes. Brilliant facilities, small make do gym and nice balcony/bbq area upstairs. Air con in rooms could have been more effective but rooms were brilliant."

11st_LoveEverything was great except the terrible weather and food outlets either all closed or terrible salads at the oasis carvery.
Plus side clean, great service, and the ribs at Fat Freddy's were excellent! Had to pay extra for car parking. View to the darling hotel and traffic noise as expected.

TTanAidenI cannot emphasise more about how great the service, ambiance, location and overall experience is. It's beside Pacific Fair, which is a huge mall that will satisfy all your needs. The hotel offers ample parking spaces and room service / concierge are friendly and always helpful.
My baby girls are greeted with cute Dorset teddies at the lobby which they absolutely adore. Room make up, facilities are all great. The service crew really put in the effort to refresh the room and ensuring a comfortable stay.
The rooms are huge, private (noise proof), stylish and is everything you would expect from a well maintained hotel, but definitely exceeded expectations with their attractive rates.
This will not be my last and I will definitely choose Dorsett on my next visit to Gold Coast.

牧牧I love the view so much!! It was actually my first and self-guided journey to Australia. The front desk attendant ,Tammy, was so kind to me. She not only introduced the notice about hotel slowly to me (my listening isn’t very well haha), but recommended me the place that I could visit. What a lovely trip in Cold Coast.

SSilvia L.We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the casino. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

GGuest UserWe certainly enjoyed our ladies' Christmas Weekend away. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Food and services at the hotel was 5 star, rooms always clean and very comfortable beds too. We will definitely be returning again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in an excellent position. It offers both sea view and river view with different styles. Usually, I stay in the sea-view rooms more often. This time, I specially chose the river-view rooms. The hotel facilities are a little old-fashioned but very clean, warm and comfortable. Especially, it is equipped with a coffee machine and slippers, providing convenience for business travelers. During my stay, a typhoon occurred. However, the hotel still provided a sumptuous breakfast. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very enthusiastic in their service. I would like to express my gratitude!

Vvive_la_freedom這次住的是雙房型，總體上來說是一間乾淨的旅館，地點也在海灘邊，只要步行三至五分鐘即可到達沙灘（如圖片中即為旅館邊的沙灘），還算方便，唯一令人遺憾的是櫃檯服務時間很短，平日九點到十六點，假日更只有九點到十二點，並且在服務時段外如果需要開門幫助，需支付五十澳幣。旅館另有泳池，不過使用率看起來不高，入住三天幾乎沒有看到有人使用，可能都去海邊了吧！

福福格格兒The location of the hotel is very good ❤️It’s convenient to go anywhere, lazily chasing a show in the room, ordering a takeaway is also very fast; going out to the largest Pacific mall in the southern hemisphere and just a few steps away (across the road); the other side leads directly to the beach and the park and scenery Excellent; there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very comfortable to live in... I will stay next time.
