Improvement needed. Even though the idea and basics seem to be on track, there are snags in the overall presentation. The view from the cabins is good (for those who find outback sandy landscape interesting). Unfortunely there were a large amount of cobwebs behind the curtains and all over the doors. Hey, this is Australia...cobwebs could mean some nasty spiders. i am so glad I only found the webs in the above-bed space after I spent the night there, otherwise I would have left. It is a signal that there is surface cleaning only. Lots of dust on furniture. The towels are tiny, thin and seem to be have used 1,000 times before. 2/5 given for the location - it's a nice distance from town, and for the camp sites...they seem reasonable and comfortable. Unfortunately, because of the heat, there was a need for the generator to be on for at least 6 hours in the evening. The sunset air was disrupted by the very loud noise of a big generator. Even though understandable, surely something could be changed? After all this is Broken Hill where heat is common and electricity supply is erratic. Difficult for the resort. But very annoying for those who wanted a relaxing place to stay. I don't know how the campers coped, it was bad enough in an enclosed cabin. Really needs some changes to make it better.
