Absolutely disgusting.... Don't stay here... Owner called me ungrateful and I will tell you what mad me ungrateful. I wasn't happy to have a shower room with Luke warm water the pressure like rain and a lovely bit of mould on the falling down ceiling. Oh and no mat so walking in mud as you come out the shower. Also .. when staying somewhere in the winter months you would think hot water for a drink would be lovely...no .. the water wasn't coming out the machine properly, (was told something about frozen pipes ) so couldn't get a hot drink. No response in messages about this. USB charging lead didn't work Duck tape on the sofa. We was the only people there so I feel this is no excuse to not get back to me. He did say in a message to me I should have knocked on the door of there house, when the welcome pack says message. All well and good saying that now. Maybe add that in your welcome pack But don't get me wrong he did let us stay an extra 40min over the allocated time for the hot tub. This was because I didn't get the bottle of drink with the package so a lovely good will gesture. The rest happened after and this made me ungrateful. Also 34.99 for one happy birthday balloon 2 plain ones and a banner that looks like it's been there since the hut was built. ( Don't waste your money ) I paid nearly £300 for this 2 night stay but had I booked with them and not through Wowcher it would have been nearly £500 . We only stayed one night as of the mould health risk I asked for a night's stay back. Was told no. Very unreliable people, pure greed. Sadly couldn't post the video of the coffee machine as it wouldn't let me.

Calm and relaxing. Cannot wait to come again. Hot tub and sauna is lush, visiting the local restaurants is amazing, local produce and alcohol. Comfy beds and good nights sleep, breakfast was basic but adequate. Nice in the winter, cannot wait to see this site in the summer.

I was worried about coming here after some of the reviews, honestly, people need to get a life. It is exactly what we expected, an escape to take advantage of time with your loved one without distractions. They email you check-in information, so no time is wasted in a reception, as long as people read their emails this works so well. As recommended during the colder months, we brought an extra thick blanket as we must have had the coldest evening I can remember. Once the outdoor fire pit was lit we did nothing other than chatted and forgot all that is going in in our busy lives and the world. The hot tub was lovely, like a bath, you have to light the sauna yourself, everything in there that you will need and instructions too, we had difficulty lighting this but gave the owner a quick message asking for help, they came and lit the sauna for us, we also learnt how to light a fire. I honestly think if people step back, relax and can spend an evening with their partner just chatting or playing cards this place is perfect. Yes, it was cold outside, but once snuggled in the hut, it was fine as we did book this for February, what else could we expect in the UK. Breakfast was basic, self-serve, pancakes, waffles, porridge and hot drinks, just like the website states, good enough for us. For one or two nights to dedicate your attention to each other this was just what we needed, we have booked again in the spring, and cannot wait.

I went with a friend for a 1 night stay on 15.6.24 for a spa stay. The spa area was disgusting. The hot tub had warm dirty water in it, and it was covered by a filthy blue cover. The whole room was full of cob-webs, and the sauna was full of some kind of seep all over the walls and ceiling. There are building works on the site, and the grass is very overgrown and unkept. The canteen area is a joke. There's a hot drink dispenser and a couple of plastic cups. The owner is so rude, we asked him to meet us so we can show him our concerns, but he declined and instead started insulting me. Needless to say, we left within about an hour and our whole weekend was ruined. We asked for a partial refund, but the owner declined. I have lots of videos of the area, but unfortunately, they are too long, so it won't let me upload them for this review. The owner said it isn't an hotel and it's not for everyone. I own a campervan and am very used to getting back to basics. I do however expect a certain level of cleanliness. I hate to think what other bodily fluids could have been in the hot tub

Don’t use this camp site in the Winter… It was freezing and for the money extremely poor… it was a gift from a friend. I wrote a review on their site post and received a very unprofessional response almost child like. A field with a few wooden huts - sheds. A £3.99 bottle of Prosecco. Thin duvet . Breakfast for the summer not winter. Told by the owner to ring ring ring saying that’s the sound of a mobile if we needed another duvet and sorry we couldn’t pop to the cellar to get a bottle of Bollinger . As a customer whose visit had been fully paid for (way too much) I pointed out issues we weren’t happy with. These people are clearly amateurs charging experience money. I have saved the response I received for future evidence if needed…

I am waiting for the owners defensive and rude response as he does with everyone else on here and can’t take advice from the people Who pay for a service so don’t book if you don’t want abuse from a rude man…. Worst experience ever, loud music until 3am, smelly spa facilities and no bubbly as advertised, the premises are a tip and full of rubbish and rotten caravans and I called the owner to discuss the music and no bubbly and have never been spoke to so rude, didn’t offer any kind of way to resolve the issues and said the bubbly was Wowchers fault and I should have read the small print and if I had booked through them directly we would have got a better deal. Do not stay here I can offer my garden shed for better.

Myself and my husband have just got home from the most beautiful couple of days here for our wedding anniversary! We have had the best time. Absolutely beautiful setting, romantic, secluded and quiet. The hot tub was amazing. Loved sitting outside in the evenings around the firepit, with a hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows. Feels like you're in your own little world here, but it's just a short drive to Diss which is a lovely little town and we had a nice lunch out there. This trip was the perfect way for us to reconnect together and relax in nature. We didn't want to leave! We will 100% be back as soon as we can, thank you so much!

Feel ripped off. They should not charge so much for a shed with a small double bed. The showers were cold even with allowing it to warm up it did not. The place looked like it was not finished and sad. We have stayed in similar places for cheaper. The spa was basic . NOT luxury.

After reading many terrible reviews I had to write my own review..and I NEVER write reviews for anything! Just got home from an overnight stay in the Zebra Hut.Oh my goodness, we LOVED 😍 it. Our only regret was we only booked for 1 night!! We had an amazing stay, Huts were immaculately clean, bedding, fresh towels on arrival, private bathroom facilities for each individual hut, again, spotlessly clean! We used the Scandinavian hot tub which was lovely and clean and so warm and relaxing. We also fired up the sauna. Everything was superb 👌. Complementary canteen with tea and coffee on tap, and this morning when we went for tea, there was pancakes, waffles, complete with toaster to warm them up..porridge, golden syrup. Really lovely touch and very much appreciated. The whole area was very private and secluded which was really nice to just sit and relax by the firepit. Can't fault anything. We loved it and will 100% definitely be returning for another stay.
