Back in Early November 2019 my family and I were passing by Lyon when we needed a place to stay. As we went to other hotels we encountered all the hotels booked. Until we came across this hotel had room for us. Thank goodness. We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues communicating. The room was comfortable and beautiful. We had been on the go the entire time we were in Spain and France that we ended up staying a bit longer than expected. The property was a delight to be in during our stay. Even with the language barrier we found the staff delightful. I would love to return and will stay in this property once again. THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY. ***

We stayed there for a concert. We arrived at 4:00 and 20 people were already waiting for a room, some of them more than 3 hours. They had been having problems with staff and could not give clean rooms to customers. We were given a dirty one, with the promise it would be cleaned during our concert. The store was closed and blocked. Fortunately, a nice cleaning lady told us to take the room she had just cleaned. The experience was unpleasant, but they did what they could. The problem is that it went on: we were told a wrong time for the breakfast, once there the following day, they were eggs but no egg cups, a boiler to cook them but no timer, no bread or croissants, they arrived 30 minutes later. For the check out, we were told we had not checked in... Coud be much better with just a bit more effort!

Client fidèle depuis des années, nous avons été très mal accueilli par l’hôtel Après avoir demandé de modifier la soirée étape en uniquement nuit, on nous a forcé le règlement des soirées étapes quand même et malgré une proposition validée et signée, on nous a modifié les conditions de règlement, du vol ! Je déconseille très fortement cet hotel !

L'hôtel est bien situé vis-à-vis d'activités professionnelles dans le secteur de Bron-St Priest, et facilement accessible. Il est plutôt calme, très propre et à la déco moderne et sympa. Petit déjeûner suffisant, et un restaurant correct permet d'éviter de ressortir le soir, d'autant que le choix à proximité reste très limité. Seul regret : le wi-fi pas toujours présent si l'on est un peu loin du hall (dépend des jours...) Une bonne adresse pour quelques jours.

Ça fait très longtemps que je n’avais pas aussi mal dormi ! Dans cet hôtel c’est le personnel de nuit qui fait le tapage nocturne… Vers minuit on commence à installer le petit déjeuner en entrechoquant les tasses et autres assiettes entres elles. Cela semble durer une éternité lorsque ça empêche de dormir ! Puis vers 2h du matin, une fois le petit déjeuner enfin prêt… très logiquement pour un endroit où les clients viennent pour dormir, et bien on passe l’aspirateur dans tout le hall et salle de petit-déjeuner. Il faut croire que l’insonorisation n’existe pas et que l’aspirateur est bien bruyant car cela à également pris un bon moment, je n’ai réussi à dormir que lorsque cela à cesser. Pour le reste de la chambre, c’est pas pratique : Un bureau impossible à utiliser car collé au lit, une douche où la vitre n’arrive pas à la moitié de l’espace donc ne sert à rien, des toilettes sous la pomme de douche donc trempés (y compris le papier toilette), un robinet de réglage de température d’eau coincé sous le porte savon donc très difficile d’accès… Bref Madame, Monsieur le gérant, il me semble que vous oubliez de penser client !

Un peu à l'écart de tout, au milieu de nulle part, l'établissement offre des prestations de très grand confort. Certes, les parties communes manquent de charme, mais les chambres sont modernes, très propres, bien accessoirisées à la limite du luxueux d'autres établissements bien plus chers . Un bémol : on ne peut pas régler l'image de la télé, et c'est fâcheux… L'insonorisation est très correcte. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement copieux, au dessus des standards ! A ne pas rater…
