Al ir a pagar la cuenta, se me comunica que tengo que pagar, menú de turistas. Qué es 19,50€ mientras que en el menú ponía 14€. Es decir, me estafan y encima me cobran suplemento por el único motivo de no ser de aquí. Resumen: si no eres de aquí, no vale la pena que te acerques para que te roben y por supuesto no volveremos.

El hotelillo curioso pero del 5 al 10 de agosto no.se puede descansar puesto que están en fiestas y hay mucho ruido, muchísimo calor y no tienen aire ni ventilador... Comida abundante pero nada destacable, el servicio de camareros muy bueno pero fuera de ahí la simpatía escasa. Situación muy buena puesto que está cerca de pueblos muy bonitos y buenas rutas de senderismo.

Al llegar nos atendieron genial. Nos habían dado una habitación de matrimonio y nos la cambiaron sin problemas, pues no lo éramos y queríamos camas separadas. Muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Soy intolerante y alérgica a muchos alimentos. Había llamado previamente para cerciorarme de que había opciones para mi, me dijeron que había muchas, pero no me avisaron de que tenía que avisar en cocina para que lo preparasen a parte. Así que solamente tomé un desayuno en el que solo pude tomar pan con aceite y un jamón york que dejaba mucho que desear. El segundo desayuno pagado decidí no hacerlo. El alojamiento se mostró muy atento con el problema, pero si estáis en la misma situación, acordaros de llamar con antelación e insistir mucho para que se os prepare un desayuno que podáis tomar, pues ellos se ofrecen a hacerlo. Preguntad si no veis opciones.

Fantástico trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel y cafetería. Muy buena ubicación en el pueblo de Bronchales con servicios muy cerca como restaurantes, horno, supermercado, etc. También muy buen punto para salir a hacer rutas de senderismo y visión de las estrellas por la noche.

Mucho que mejorar, hab 412 minima, situada en otro edificio, comidas regular, desayuno muy escaso, excepto el sabado que incluyeron fruta y dulces, limpieza bien, camareras muy simpaticas, pero muy despistadas, un dia no teniamos ni tazas para café con leche, camarera de habitación muy atenta y agradable
