Decent hotel, but no safe in room, dirty closet floor and had to call for housekeeping after two days.

攜程與酒店結賬流程混亂，兩方分別都問住客直接扣款，而且無對賬流程，直到一個月後，信用卡被入賬，自己仔細核對信用卡賬單，才發現重複收費。如果自己不核對，就完全不會發現！而且反饋後始終拖着不退回，説酒店經理休假，一定要等他們雙方結清，才能退消費者重複扣款的住宿費，經理不回來就要一直拖下去，風險全部轉嫁給消費者…攜程付款條件也很苛刻，全額提前付款且不可取消，被扣了2000多美金！謹慎在攜程預訂海外酒店！！！
