I had a wonderful experience in Miami. My friend had a horse racing at Gulfstream. I lived in the area in the 80’s and had not been back for 20 years. What a great time Hampton hotel was fantastic. Special thanks to Cassidy who was very nice and helpful,especially when it came to getting my old devices hooked up to WiFi. Security was very good I forgot to lock my doors on my car and nothing was taken! Great hotel I will recommend it to anyone.

This is probably the closest hotel to the Cleveland Clinic hospital and outpatient complex. They even have a shuttle to there. We are spending almost 3 weeks here for multiple medical procedures. Customer service at the hotel is excellent. Minor maintenance issues are handled almost immediately, front desk, maintenance and housekeeping staff are all friendly and professional. The amenities are good with multiple seating areas, nice pool, etc. The room is well appointed for housekeeping with plates, pans, utensils etc. The only negatives we noticed is that the carpet by the elevator is worn from many feet and suitcases and the room AC has a rumbling sound when running. It wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake though.

This was our first time staying at Riptide. Our experience started off great with a gentleman working the desk named Oscar. He and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As we walked into our room, the first impression was the smell of cleanliness. It is an older hotel that has taken on some updates I could tell. The bathroom appeared to be newly tiled and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Overall a very good place to stay for a couple of nights stay.

Staff was great, especially Rita (Margarité) at the welcome desk. I realized that my phone had fallen out of my phone in the taxi. I had experienced long flight delays & was exhausted, paid cash for the cab & had no record. It was late. She assured me that when the manager arrived in the AM, she’d help me ask the manager to pull the video capture from the arrival area (I noticed there were several cameras there) & give me the info to contact the cab company. Rita was back in the morning & helped me along with Michelle to ask the manager for help. The manager Melinda found the info for me in the morning from the video feed. Everyone was very kind & professional. I thank them very much for their help in getting my phone retrieved! Great stay & helpful staff. I hope Rita gets some recognition & perhaps a promotion as she has LOTS of potential in the hospitality businesses. It was wonderful not to have to buy a new phone & especially not to fret about it on my cruise following my stay at Aloft Ft. Lauderdale! Thanks RITA!! The transportation company with the pineapple welcome logo in the hotel is also great in getting passengers to the cruise terminal.

Driving past Fort Lauderdale and seeing the seascape, I booked three sea view king rooms on the beach. At the time of check-in, there were only two rooms facing the Atlantic Ocean, one super-road, but there was a bay on the side of the road where the yacht was moored, so the hotel explained that it was also a sea view room. Hotel facilities are old, but the location is good The window is a vast sea, and the road is the beach. This marriott is much worse than Miami, but the price is much more expensive. Parking costs $34 a night. You can consider going to the self-parking less than 50 meters from the hotel, as long as 1.7 dollars for 10 hours.

The hotel is one mile away from the sea. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, but there is no beach. It takes 18 minutes to drive to the beach. Driving is also convenient. There are free flushing jets on the beach, just bring a towel. Parking by the sea is not difficult and the charges are not high. Our family of three do not need an extra bed. The bed at the Courtyard Hotel is very large, and it is no problem for a twin room to sleep four people. Because I like the beds at Courtyard, I basically choose Courtyard hotels. The hotel has free parking, and the room I booked does not include breakfast. It is all about buying cup noodles or bread from the supermarket. The hotel's swimming pool is very good. The disadvantage is that there is no microwave in the room. But other Courtyards have. Pictured is Laurendale Beach

This place is for real! In 20 plus years staying and being very faithful to the Marriott brand, this has to be THE BEST HOTEL…….E V E R !!!! Stefani front desk…if you don't fall in love her instantly, you have a serious problem…She is the MOST amazing soul I’ve ever met…THE ABSOLUTE FACE of the Courtyard Marriott in Weston. Stefani it’s Glenn, I don’t know if you remember me……… Kassandra at the front desk…AY-FORKING—AMAY- ZINGGGGGG! Willing to do anything to make sure your stay at the CW is nice and comfy…Love her to death! Jared and Mohamed at the front desk…two men that you can’t help but to just respect and admire. Jared works his butt off to make sure you are happy and Mohamed, is one kewl, calm and collective cat. Nothing phases him and always has a smile on his face. Chris and Danny in Engineering…it’s broke? We will fix it! And no, nothing is broken but two fellas that will change a lightbulb in the middle of the night for you, just because they care. Oscar the Asst GM…always dressed like he is ready for a night on the town and works HARD to keep the team well oiled… Libby DA GM…sorry but this is gonna get sappy…INSTANT CONNECTION with INSTANT POSITIVE VIBRATION from her…take every GM in every hotel across the country and not one holds a candle to this incredible soul. Sorry Libby but you had me at, “Hello”. The vibe and passion you give off is AMAZING! Your warm and easy going demeanor is what will drive me back to this hotel every time I come to Florida. You are what class is all about and the warmth you give off is either the best acting or the most sincere. I’d bet my last nickel it’s the second one. Thank you for being the person you are and you have a friend for life. The walls are nice, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean but it’s really this amazing team lead my Libby that makes this hotel stand out. The G-Man has spoken! And no, no one is comping me days or paying me to write this. It’s about saying thank you to people that take care of you, and they have… The G-Man has spoken….again!
