We would recommend the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room is big enough. The breakfast was delicious and the bed is comfortable. It was a little far from the center, we have to use to car to reach it (or 20-30 minutes by walk).

We have spent a couple of days in the hotel. The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and very tasty. There is a fitness center, three types of sauna, a tennis hall, a table tennis, a climbing wall, and other games, etc. Good coffee and cocktails in the bar. The area are amazing, you can go for a walk, cycling, drink beer. Try the local beer in the hotel bar!

Die Qualität des Abendessens (Buffet) ist schlecht. Geschmacklich eintönig und gerade noch essbar. Innerhalb von einer Woche gab es wenig richtige Abwechslung (...und immer wieder Hühnerbrust). Am Dienstag (4.2.2025) wurde am Kinderbuffet eine sehr stark verbrannte Pizza (Hälfte war schwarz) hingestellt. Nach direkter Reklamation beim Personal dass die schwarze Pizza nicht essbar ist, erhielt man die Auskunft dass eine neue gerade gemacht wird (ohne die verbrannte Pizza vom Buffet zu entfernen!). Es scheint unter dem Personal eine Gleichgültigkeit zu herrschen; anscheinend gibt es keinen Manager/Koordinator der den Überblick über das Buffet hat. Im Essensraum hat es gefühlte 35 Grad; niemand vom Personal/Management fühlt sich bemüßigt die Heizung zu reduzieren. Immer wieder sind keine Kaffeelöffel verfügbar und man muss als Gast mühsam nachfragen. Beim Fenster in unserem Zimmer konnte man im geschlossenen Zustand einen Finger zwischen Rahmen und Fenster stecken, weil der Schließmechanismus defekt war (das war schon im Vorjahr so und wurde noch immer nicht repariert). Es zieht kalte Luft rein; nur bei voll aufgedrehter Heizung ist es angenehm warm. Mit einer Kopie der Gästekarte der JUFA (Meldezettel/Gästeverzeichnisblatt) bekommt man beim Schilift (Bürgeralpe und Gemeindealpe) den ermäßigten Preis. Das weiß anscheinend niemand in der Jufa-Rezeption und man muss um eine Kopie der Gästekarte betteln. Die Jufa-Preise sind in den letzten Jahren gestiegen und die Qualität in der JUFA Erlaufsee gesunken. Fazit: Wir waren in den letzten 6 Jahren immer auf Winterurlaub hier, aber nächstes Jahr werden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen. Die Schmerz- bzw. Toleranzgrenze wurde einfach überschritten.

Sehr schöne Jufa, mit mehreren Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Wege sind etwas lang zwischen Zimmer / Restaurant / Spielhallen wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Saunabereich ist schön und ausreichend groß. Essen ist sehr gut, wir hatten schon schlechtere Jufas.

Wir haben das Silvester-Wochenende hier verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut - natürlich ist in einem JUFA-Hotel richtig Chaos beim Frühstück. Das Silvester-Dinner war nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack und der Schlagerabend auch nicht!?! Die Band hätte ein wenig mehr auf das Publikum eingehen können. Wirklich tolles Feuerwerk!

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit tollen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder zum Spielen. Die umliegende Natur (Erlaufsee, Gemeindealpe etc.) ist wunderschön und vom Hotel aus schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist verwinkelt und ein typischen JUFA, d.h. passables Essen, nur bedingt Flexibilität abends länger an der Bar zu bleiben, aber insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung!

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch das Bad war ansprechen. Die Matratzen waren gut und es ließ sich gut und erholsam darauf schlafen. Allerdings wussten wir nicht wofür JUFA steht. Von daher waren wir sehr über die Lautstärke im Hotel überrascht aufgrund der Tatsache dass dort Kinder und Jugendliche, Schulklassen und ähnliches, ihre Freizeit verbracht haben. Insgesamt für uns als älteres Paar war die Wahl des JUFA Hotels nicht optimal.

Insgesamt mit dem Angebot zufrieden. Viele Sportmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Was weniger gefallen hat, sind die € 20 für die Sporthallenbenützun, zumal unsere Kinder den ganzen Tag im Turnsaal verbringen wollten. Auch die Mitgliedschaft im Alpenverein und die OnlineBuchung konnten bei der Bezahlung nachträglich nicht mehr geltend gemacht werden!
