Hotel Bla Bla

Everything about this quiet boutique hotel was delightful. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, but very close to lively areas of shops, pubs and restaurants. The staff is kind and helpful, the room was spotless and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was robust and totally enjoyable. We hope to re-visit Bruges in the future and will definitely stay at Hotel Blabla. We have already recommended it to other travelers considering a visit to Bruges.

1st time visiting Brugge, could not have picked a better hotel than bla bla. Hospitality was 1st class, hotel very clean and breakfast superb. Location is central to everything and parking opposite the hotel. Thank bla bla for a great 2 days in Brugge.

A small hotel (14 rooms) in a quiet street but within a very short walk to centre and places of interest. Our room was small but perfectly adequate - clean, beds comfortable, showers hot and hairdryer provided. Continental style breakfast plentiful and fresh. Very friendly owners. Stairs up two floors to our twin room number 6 were steep and narrow - we managed ok but could challenge anyone with mobility issues (no lift). Believe there is some ground floor accommodation (room 10?). Pretty little courtyard garden, ideal spot to enjoy a sandwich from Carrefour just around the corner. Reading and guide books available to borrow. Good value. Would definitely return.

We came for a little road trip and this was a beautiful find, think we was in room 10(would check) good size, beautiful bathroom, private courtyard, very clean , good spread for breakfast, friendly staff, would 10000% recommend this little find, worth a lot more than it was! Would definitely go back if we went back to Bruges again

We had never been to Bruges before, and Hotel Bla Bla didn't disappoint. Our triple room had enough space for us to move around, windows that opened to allow the cool air in, and a weirdly efficient bathroom. I will say the pillows were a little flat and the underbed space (where we stored much of our things as there wasn't a true bureau) was a bit dusty. Breakfast was effective and included with the stay, as we booked directly through the hotel's website. The location was outstanding, with no more than a 10 minute walk to any sight. A few practicalities: * After a long flight to Amsterdam and two trains, we decided to get a cab to the hotel, but the cabbie assured us that there was no hotel called Hotel Bla Bla in Bruges. I gave the address, and he told us the whole time there was not a hotel there. So maybe have the address ready or find another path to the hotel. * The stairs are quite narrow. And by narrow I mean that only half my foot fit on each stair. I don't mind stairs, but this felt a little precarious. * We booked our stay months ago, and we got a confirmation. But we never got anything that said that check-in stopped at 6pm. We cut it pretty close as one of our trains was delayed by an hour. Some kind of communication, especially since we booked directly.

We stayed for two nights and wished it could have been longer. We were in Room 10, a lovely big room with a courtyard just outside our door, so it felt nice and private. It's a short walk to everything you will want to see in Bruges with interesting restaurants, pubs and shopping on the way, and we were able to go back and drop off packages and have a rest in our room throughout the day. You really feel like you are right in the heart of the fairytale that is Bruges, but it's quiet and homey, too. Breakfast was very good. The coffee was plentiful, which is a big deal for us, and there were lots of options for a good breakfast to start to our day. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy (checking out was sad, though because we weren't ready to leave!) and the front desk people were lovely and friendly. We weren't able to park our car at the carpark across the street because we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the streets were filled with people, but we parked at a nearby underground parking garage (maybe 'T Zand?) and it was an easy walk to the hotel from the Concertgebouw. Bonus, there's an Visitor Centre and washrooms in the square as soon as you come out of the parking garage. We will not hesitate to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Bruges in the future. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
