早餐豐富，樓下一條街得有30家奢侈品店，斜對面有購物吃飯一條商業街，離皇家美術館也衹有5.6百米。走路15分鐘左右，有很多巧克力商店。走到撒尿小童那裡，20多分鐘吧。歐盟總部也可以步行過去。
