It was exactly what we needed. It was super close to our family members house. We wanted a room with a bathtub so we upgraded our room, and we got exactly what we expected!

A bit expensive on the first few days of the week but prices go down towards weekends

The front desk service is very good. There is someone on duty 24 hours a day. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. On the first day you checked in, the drain in the shower room was blocked. The floor was slippery when you first entered, and I almost fell. My toilet was flooded with water, and the water overflowed into the room. It was too late, and there was no phone in the room. I complained to the front desk the next day, saying that there were no repairmen on Sundays, and they asked me to change rooms in the evening. It was a bit of an experience for two nights. Bad. The attitude of the service staff is quite good. However, this European hotel had a problem that day and it was not solved on the same day. The 24-hour front desk is very friendly and welcoming. After staying for 3 nights, it was cleaned every day. It is right next to the Parliament Pillar and is very convenient to walk to the Central Station in 12 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the hygiene is very good.
