Fantastic location, across the street from Mannekin Pis and about a 2 block walk to the main square. Easy commute from at least two train stations. Numerous waffle, fries, and chocolate shops in spitting distance. Although on a main pedestrian street, everything quieted down before 10pm and so I had no problems sleeping. You do need to climb stairs to reach your room, so if you have mobility issues or extra large bags, this might not be for you. I travel with a backpack so a non-issue. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. I arrived early and they held my bag until the room was ready. Room included hair dryer, soap, and shampoo. (No conditioner, common in Europe.) Room had a safe. Room was clean, if slightly dated.

Rooms are small but comfy and the location cant get any better. The Host was a sweet lady who did everything to make us feel comfortable. We thought it would be noisy because of the proximity to the street but once the windows were closed, it was alright

The hotel has the best location in the city if you want to be in the center all the time. You can walk and explore the city. The train station is close too. The stuff was very helpful that they even helped me to carry my luggage to the third floor. The room was clean. But don’t expect a silent room because the hotel is near the Manneken Pis and it is always crowded outside.

Situated on the 3 floors above a shop. There is only 6 rooms - 2 on each floor. This is right next to the Mannequin Pis landmark and a 3 minute walk from Grand Place so a great central location. Room is clean and tidy - has a fair size toilet / shower room. Wardrobe with a safe. Small fridge. Fan and TV. Great views of the mannequin pis from the window. There is a key code door to get in once the shop is closed. Can order breakfast the day before to be served in your room but we didn’t bother as thought it was quite pricey. Only downside - if you have mobility problems, this probably isn’t the best place for you - there isn’t a lift. We were on the top floor which entails 3 lots of marble spiral staircase - they are quite tight and 16 stairs in each (yes, I counted several times!) Other than that, would recommend. We would stay again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons pu tous faire à pied prendre le train facilement et toutes les visites aussi facilement , il y a du bruit dans la rue mais le double vitrage fonctionne correctement nous l’entendons très peu. La vue sur le Manneken-Pis est vraiment chouette . Un petit bémol, il ne faut pas être allergique à la poussière car les lustres les radiateurs, tout ce qui est en hauteur est garni n’a pas été fait depuis plusieurs mois, voire année. Un peu plus de surveillance de nuit ne serait pas de trop pour éviter quelques personnes malveillantes à rentrer dans l’hôtel qui n’ont pas de chambre. J’en ai eu les frais. Le personnel est très sympathique et répond de suite au téléphone si problème.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de cet hôtel face au Manneken Pis. La chambre est fonctionnelle avec une literie confortable et du double vitrage. Il est préférable de ne pas être chargé car les escaliers sont assez étroits (pas d'ascenseur). Nous avons pu remarquer la poussière excessive sur les luminaires, la vitre de la sdb qui ne se ferme pas ainsi que la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain cassée. Pour ma part, le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais.

L'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel, se lo si può chiamare cosi visto che era più un negozio di souvenirs con qualche camera, era la posizione nel centro storico. La struttura era sporca, le camere rifatte allargando solo il piumone, gli asciugamani lisi e bucati, il lavabo mai stappato nonostante la comunicazione alla proprieteria o gestore vista solo una volta nell'arco della permanenza ( 4 notti), staff che si occupava più della gestione del negozio che non per risolvere i problemi dei clienti, orario presenza staff coincidente con orario negozio ( dalle 9.30/10.00 alle 18.00/1830), ultima notte riscaldamento e acqua calda assente senza possibilità di contattare qualcuno. Dal momento che il prezzo della camera era oltre i 115 € a notte per una struttura fatiscente, io penso che Booking dovrebbe vigilare sugli hotel che propone e avere una idea chiara di quello che loro offrono. Mi meravigliano le recensioni positive. A parer mio, che sono uno che non ha molte pretese, sono poco veritiere e il brutto è che portano la gente a fare delle esperienze negative.
