I don`t know if we can call it a hotel, but it was not a pleasant stay at all. No elevator and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage! The room is catastrophic, very very old looks like more than 100 years old, the bathroom as well was very old with broken light. Breakfast was bread, butter & Jam, orange juice & coffee that`s it! most delightful part of the stay was the cleaning lady, she was very nice.

The reception was catastrophic, the gentleman who received us was unpleasant, almost as if we were disturbing him. He made fun of me when I asked him where the elevator was, even though it wasn't mentioned in their ad (I had to keep my cool). The room was dirty and in a pitiful state. The building is falling into disrepair and the management is not making any effort to make it presentable. We cannot in any way call this place a hotel. It is a disgrace for the city of Brussels to let these people welcome tourists. Even at €276 for 3 nights, a minimum of service must be guaranteed. I don't recommend it to anyone!!

Booked 2 nights August 2023. Upon arrival between the absence of staff at the entrance, the closed door and the tall weeds it seemed disused so much so that I called the hotel to check if it was open strange but true. Persistent smell. Door stops made with pieces of paper, no elevator, toilet that worked in parts. Too bad because it would take little to make it more beautiful. You can't see everything thrown away like this guys. In any case at least the staff was kind and we found a decent breakfast quite varied.
