I made a booking through Marriott Homes & Villas for 5 days. I’m now trying to move the reservation 1 day earlier, keeping the same number of nights. The actual property manager Altido agrees to the change but Marriott Homes & Villas insists that The change can’t be made. The lack of flexibility is shocking for any customer let alone a Bonvoy Ambassador.
