The worst hotel, the staff is kind but the facilities are the worst, the room smells, the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. The photos are of famous places nearby.

The hotel location is near the attractions! I have to say that this hotel has unique stairs. The room is very spacious, like entering a monastery. 🤣It doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s quite difficult to carry luggage up! But 10 points are unique. Without a shadow of doubt the most disgusting so called hotel we’ve ever stayed in. How this can pass the most basic of health and safety reviews carried out by the Belgian authorities, God only knows. My dog enjoys cleaner surroundings. If you want to stay in a prison cell choose here. In saying that, in a prison cell you have some items that remind you of home. Not here. It’s a @@@@hole. Towels left on the floor, hair extensions left by a previous guest, sorry inmate, extremely dodgy looking wiring on the supplied hairdryer. Add in dirty bedsheets and you’d be forgiven for thinking you were taking part in some new TV show designed to out unscrupulous hoteliers. Don’t stay here if you have a choice.

Location cannot be faulted, just on the edge of the vibrant city centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is very basic, a real no frills establishment one step up from a hostel. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep then it'll do but if you are expecting a boutique hotel experience you will be disappointed. Stubbed my toe several times on the laminate floor a section of which sits proud, very painful and does need sorted. Sound proofing is poor!

If you’re a traveller with an adequate set of personal standards, this isn’t the hotel for you. There was no toilet seat, blood stains on the duvet, the electrics for the TV were exposed and dysfunctional, the door which separated the shower and the bedroom didn’t shut, the radiator was horrifically sealed with foam to deter rats (which we heard) from entering the room, the mattress we had to sleep on must have been 10+ years old as it dipped in the middle like a halfpipe. The room we stayed in was next to the staircase and everytime someone walked up it sounded like someone banging their head against our wall repeatedly. All in all I felt sorry for matey at the front desk listening to Rick astley at full volume everytime you walked in. The hotel is down a back alley and has the lowest hygiene standards I’ve ever experienced. If you’re reading this review and are currently staying in room 6, my the lord be with you

Sporco, pareti sottili, materasso sfondato ,pulizie giornaliere scarse... Pessimo, è solo molto centrale ...ma per il resto ...uno schifo!, la reception sono gentili e danno bene le info, ma ho trovato peli di ogni genere sul letto e il tappo di un sapone usato nella doccia...ok che è vecchio, ok che si spende di più.... Ma questo non giustifica la sporcizia, la macchinetta delle bevande è sempre vuota ... La doccia, se non tieni il rubinetto con le mani, dopo un minuto si spegne .... Bocciato...

El peor lugar que estuve en toda mi vida, las fotos son absolutamente irreales, tenía la ducha en la habitación, se llenaba de vapor y la ventana estaba rota y no se podía abrir, el colchón era una colchoneta, pedí que me lo cambien y no quisieron, la atención PESIMA, el ruido era insoportable , y pague 83 euros por noche por un nido de ratas
