"One little point was the lamp for the mirror at the washing box, which was hanging too low. (Dysfunction make up when the lamp is hanging before your face) And another missing was a lack of clothing box, so it was more difficult if you sleep for more than one or two days.
The bed was beautiful, the shower was good, the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and tea.
The location was perfect, walking distance from the Great Market and a good food options nearby!"
"It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel ."
"Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply.
We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid."

"Amazing location, just 40min from the airport via a train and two tram stops. And then you are just a short walk from all the key attractions. Cannot recommend enough. The only downside is the wifi can be temperamental."
"A lovely hotel with great facilities and hospitality. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent too. We had cocktails in the bar and found bar and restaurant prices to be reasonable."
"Very conveniently located hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Brussels central station. There’s a bunch of Greek and middle eastern restaurants in the same street.
The hotel itself is highly decorated and very unique. It was cool just to walk around the hallways to see the paintings, statues, ornaments, and tiles. The room itself was spacious enough and had a work station. The walls are a little thin but the room is quiet and away from the street.
The staff are very kind and warm. Definitely enjoyed my stay here."
"Enjoyed my stay at Warwick Brussels-Grand Place! Room was excellent. I’m always very particular with the bathroom/ shower and it was immaculate! Room service was great too - housekeeping changed my pillowcases and towels daily. Rooftop bar was so nice! Front desk and concierge were also very helpful and professional. I had a lovely stay. Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends too!"
"As always, Marriott is comfortable and well served. Cozy and comfortable beds and bed linen. The parking lot is located under the building and you can take the elevator from it directly to the hotel lobby"
"Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away.
The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it.
(Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)"
"Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels."

Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is very good; it's close to the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the downside is that it's on a street, so it remains noisy until the early morning. The sink counter has a design flaw, often making it wet. The breakfast is not very diverse.

HHui Chi Audrey1st room given - aircon was broken and door cannot lock
2nd room given, no aircon
3rd room given was an upgraded one but the aircon was spoilt and broken. 1 supervisor and 1 lady staff on duty were really unhelpful and kept saying aircon was turned on etc. But 1 staff Andy, is VERY helpful. He recommended to move to another hotel nearby and request for a refund. Will write to the manager or director. I will never come here again. They should change their attitude and technician staff or do a retrain. Overheard a few guests complain the aircon was not cold too.

GGuest UserThe staffs are friendly for non-native French speakers. There is also clean in-room kitchenware available. However, you’ll need to pull the door heavily to make sure the automatic lock works.

GGuest UserLocation was good. They didn’t have early check ins and they didn’t call us when the room was ready we had to keep going to the reception desk to get updates. Even when they told us it would be ready in 10 minutes we waited and waited thinking they’d come get us as we were just sitting in the foyer area but no it took us going to reception desk for them to say yep its ready.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

CChristopherConvenient location near the station.
Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Highlight was the bar serving a decent selection of Belgian beers at a pretty reasonable price given it being a hotel bar.

GGuest UserWe stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

LLeonieA good location, beautiful large room with refrigerator and coffee/tea facilities. A little less point was that housekeeping at 9.30 hour and 9.45 hour came to ask when we left (checkout is only at 11.00 hour ....)
