The shower head fell off my head in the shower room. I filed complaint right away through trip.com, but this hotel claimed that I lodged complaint after arrival. Seriously what is wrong with neglectful people of the world always keeping up with bigotries and lies??

The facility is old, but it was okay to stay there. However, the pillows smelled so bad. Those staying here should bring their own pillows. ㅋㅋㅋ And I think the veranda needs to be cleaned. There were a lot of spider webs and dead bugs. If you spray some bleach in the bathroom, all the mold will disappear. I wonder why they don't clean it;;

It was the worst of the Sonobell branches. Among the hotel front desk staff, there is a clear difference between friendly and unfriendly staff. The karaoke room on the first floor seems to be run by a private business rather than a hotel employee, and the kindness of these people was also enough to cause discomfort. The hotel was already fully booked, so we stayed at a resort, but even if the ondol room was turned up to 35 degrees, we couldn't feel the warmth. Yes. Anyway, if you want to use Sonobell, go to another Sonobell. I won't be visiting again.
