The first time you enter the room, it's beautiful, full of color. When you first entered, the floor in the corner was a bit dirty, but the CS was quick to respond and friendly so you could ask for it to be cleaned. You can't set the AC remote yourself, you have to call a technician, but the fast response is nice, so I even set the remote myself hahaha. Overall good, there is a smoking room on the building bridge so it's nice not to have to go down to the lower floor. Good job, keep it up

The location is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. The room size is ok, simple and clean, and the view is good. At this price, the CP value is extremely high, and it is recommended to anyone who is coming to Surabaya for a short stay!

The hotel is cheap, the bathroom is also clean but there are some rooms that are outside. The location is close to food and near Pasar Turi station. Worth it I say
