I arrived in Bucharest today. When I went there , I almost cried. The place is horrible. The room is disgusting. Very dirt , small and the toilet smells. I booked for 2 nights but I was there for just 1 hour , before I left to look for another place. I had headache because of the bad smell coming from the toilet. Terrible first day at the city

Cozy Inn was perfect! The location is fantastic and it is a great value for the money. The check-in process was easy and the rooms are large and clean and then beds are comfortable. The manager Alex is always ready to help and the customer service is of the highest standard. I absolutely recommend!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The room they booked for us was in a basement where there was no air so it was impossible to breathe. When we arrived, we were offered a room on the top floor, but as we didn't want to be a nuisance so late at night, we accepted the room anyway. When we then realized that there was no air down there, the reception had closed. We had to keep the small window open which made it impossible to sleep at all because there were cars either driving very fast or idling right outside, people shouting, singing and played loud music. In the morning when I was in the bathroom, a large cockroach ran past me! We were going on a day trip early the next morning, so since the reception was closed, we packed up our things and I emailed the hotel that we wanted to change rooms. It was fine that they entered the room and moved our bag to another room. However, we received no response for the whole day. When we got home in the evening, I asked if they had seen our email and they replied that we have to pay an extra 10 euros to change rooms. I then again pointed out all this and that there were cockroaches in our room and that it was not ok. I also said that the day before we had been offered another room, but then I got the answer that "that was yesterday". As I didn't want to pay extra money to these scammers we had the lights on in the whole room all night to keep the cockroaches away and the window closed. It was then absolutely impossible to sleep because it was impossible to breathe and the whole room was lit. We are extremely dissatisfied with this accommodation which they call a hotel but there was not even water or breakfast here! Never stay at this place!

Great central and quiet location. Very close to piata unirii and the old town. Street is very quiet. Automatic check in works fine. Emloyees were helpfull and courteous. Competitive price - Good value for money

This hotel near Bucharest's old center is a classic building that offers a great balance between quality and affordability. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Safety is a top priority, and the rooms are cozy and quiet with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The hotel is always improving, making it the best price-quality option in Bucharest.

I'd like to warn people about this hotel. I had booked and paid for a room well in advance. I also phoned the hotel tell them that I would be arriving around or after 2230. It took several calls until I got through to someone – either they are short staffed or they don’t bother answering. My flight to Bucharest was delayed at Dublin so I phoned that I would arrive later than 2230 and that I would phone them when I arrived at Bucharest Otopeni airport. I phoned from Otopeni airport when I arrived and the phone just rang with no answer. I phoned again a few minutes later - this time the message said that they had now turned their phone off. They obviously didn’t want to answer any phone calls. I travelled to the Cozy hotel - there was no-one there. I had to find another hotel asap as it was now late at night. Luckily, this second hotel did have a reception that answered and booked me in. At 1130 the next morning I returned to Cozy Hotel to get a refund. There was no-one there and the reception was closed despite a sign saying it was open from 1000 to 2200. I also phoned the reception number - there was no answer either. I returned some time later and the reception was now open. But I was told that I would get no refund as I had arrived last night after 2200. I was also told that their “small print” stated that they did now accept arrivals after 2200. Note that I had already told that them my arrival would be around 2230 when I originally booked - they should have told me then "We cannot accept any bookings for arrivals after 2200". They did not. They could also have told me this when I phoned from Dublin airport that I would arrive after 2230. They did not. I conclude that a) they intentionally rip people off, and b) their customer service is terrible. I cannot recommend this hotel.

No complaints here, A clean budget hotel in a quiet area which is 5 minutes walk to the centre of old town. The staff are friendly and helpful people who will go out there way to help you. The rooms are clean, have a shower, TV and storage for clothes. If you require your room cleaned just ask and it is done. If you require some laundry cleaned this is arranged at a small fee and your items are washed and dried. Perfect place for family's on a budget or just anyone looking for simple accomodation. Vending machines outside for coffee, juice and snacks. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and fast food KFC and McDonalds 3 minutes away. Don't read the negative reviews as this place is no longer a hostel. It has been a great, clean, professional place to which I have enjoyed 10 nights of relaxation for a very reasonable price. Like everything the question is would I stay again ? The answer is 100% yes, it's close enough to the centre but far enough away from the thumping noise at night.

Our bus was delayed so we couldn’t make checkin time. Even though we let them know 12 hours in advance, they wouldn’t let us check in late and left us out in the cold with nowhere to go. They didn’t let us check in the next day either, and kept all our money for the 3 night stay. Very rude and toxic thieving people. Please book elsewhere
