We so love the hotel! The service and cleaning, everything it was a great . We are come back to the hotel!

Great location, relatively new structure and renovated rooms. Average breakfast: breakfast room really narrow... it looks like a canteen but not a five-star hotel. Nice hall (it is better to have breakfast à la carte in the hall). Poor service and uninterested, surly and overbearing staff even for the simplest requests (to our complaint for a poor service they responded write a review and you can leave). The only helpful and smiling person is Radu the doorman at the entrance. It is not a five-star (maybe it is in the Romanian ranking) especially for the service... too bad because Autograph Collection is a very respectable brand in Italy and other countries.

The hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it. Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees. Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free. The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after

We loved the room, the mattress was amazing, the room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The Smart TV was also very useful and easy to set up. However, we had several quite annoying problems, the first was not being informed that the gym and spa/pool would not be available during our stay. Nothing was done to help or clarify the situation and we had to pay for a private gym outside the hotel, chosen by us, without any help from reception. These were two factors that made us choose this place and without them the hotel is too expensive!! The bidet was broken from the start, we asked for it to be repaired and went for a walk. Upon arrival they said that the technician had already been there, which was impossible as the valve was still the same and the bidet was clogged/filled with the same water as in the morning. Then another technician came who said it was fine having to tell him that as soon as it was used it would stick the valve again and not drain water which happened! We didn't let you leave the room without checking and after seeing it with your own eyes you understood. They said they would fix it the next morning but nothing was done. Once again they showed no empathy or willingness to solve the problem. Another issue is that whenever they cleaned the room they only put one bath towel (even though there were 2 of us) often the towels didn't arrive and the bathrobes given on the first day were never replaced after being sent to be washed. Every time we took a shower we had to call because there were no towels. Breakfast however is a differentiator! The staff are very friendly and the food is wonderful, a good mix of local culture and international varieties.

Very friendly & helpful staff, great food, location in a historic building in the Old City area. In its category the hotel certainly earns every star and then some. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay at the main location of Bucharest Old Town. Airport bus stop is 200m away. Bars, pubs, restaurants are 300m away from Moxy hote. Staffs are kind, helpful and super nice. Pretty well maintained hotel with nice rooms and worth the money you pay for. Recommended.

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

Great hotel with nice outdoor pool and pool bar. Also indoor pool is fine, only classified in jobs, a bit strange. Nice, clean rooms with good beds and good bathroom. With safe, minibar and TV. Restaurant good. Breakfast very good. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Taxi to center very affordable. Only downside is that there are no active relaxation options such as a table tennis table, billiards, etc.

It's not bad. The restaurant downstairs has a wide variety of dishes, breakfast is also good, and the view from the high floor is pretty good.

Because of the activities in the hotel the next day, I chose to stay in this hotel the day before. The hotel is very close to the airport, with convenient transportation, warm service from the front desk staff, and more breakfast options.
