有小陽台看外面風景真不錯。開車十分鐘去天鵝堡，位置不錯，也好停車。早餐不算多好將就吧。安靜，但是不遮光，最重要枕頭太不舒服了，還有洗澡水忽冷忽熱。性價比可以吧，畢竟還有個室內泳池和桑拿房，還能到晚上十點，也算這一代少有了。

This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. We were only there one night but enjoyed it. We got into town early, so took the chairlift to top of ski resort and watched the hang gliders. Easy walk from resort to hotel.

Das Hotel liegt fast in Sichtweite zum Schloss Neuschwanstein in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Hier haben wirklich alle Spaß an ihrem Job vom Rezeptionist über den Service im Restaurant bis zum Klavierspieler... Wir wurden zuvorkommend bedient und rundum bestens versorgt. Mit Hund war gar kein Problem, es gab sogar Leckerlis für unseren Großen. Die Zimmer super sauber, Preis-Leistung top - kurzum wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder...

Das Hotel an sich ist recht schön, doch leider fühlten wir uns reingelegt. Wir hatten auf kurz-mal-Weg.de gebucht und die Konditionen waren verwirrend. Plötzlich war das mehrgängige Abendessen für 2 Abende nicht mehr wie beworben enthalten. Man muss aufpassen, wenn man eine Nacht länger bleibt, verliert man das im Kleingedruckten für ALLE Abende. Dass zwei Leute das unabhängig voneinander falsch gesehen/übersehen haben kommt mir komisch vor, da uns die Halbpension wichtig war. Die Reaktion auf unsere Rückfrage war dann auch eher unfreundlich. Schade. WLAN auch sehr ungut.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Bannwaldsee im Allgäu war rundum gelungen. Besonders begeistert hat uns, wie herzlich Hunde hier willkommen sind – so etwas erlebt man selten! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wir hatten Halbpension und besonders das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig. Eierspeisen und Crêpes wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Wir waren zu dritt mit drei Hunden in einem großzügigen Familienzimmer mit Terrasse und traumhaftem Blick über das Allgäu. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht ganz neu, aber sehr sauber. Besonders sympathisch fanden wir die Wahlmöglichkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung – wer auf Service verzichtet, bekommt einen Gutschein für die Bar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder!
