I live in such a remote place because I have to visit relatives, otherwise I wouldn't normally stay here. There is no lift in the hotel, so you have to climb the stairs to carry your luggage up. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric fan. Fortunately, it is generally not hot in the UK. The room was large and comfortable for two people. Before leaving on the last day, the front desk staff gave us a cup of hot coffee for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and tidy, average room size....bathroom functional, good water presdure and temperatures....decent choice for breakfast and excellent coffee. Pleasant service at check in and out. Same with the bar service except they had run out of ice by 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Down side would be it's location as there is very little close by, you will need a car or taxi/Uber to get anywhere.

Toilet seat loose causing me to fall was reported abd tightened but came loose again. Awful experience either tea supply cane out orange with awful smell reported and changed but nobody could explain how or why this happened. Everything else was of good quality

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Loughton hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. Farouk was particularly helpful and really attentive to our little family who can be challenging to keep entertained at breakfast times (2 and 3 year old). Nothing was too much trouble. The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is the hotel could do with a refurb as it’s quite tired in places. All clean and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good with lovely hot food and a broad continental breakfast selection and gorgeous fresh pan au chocolats. We will definitely be returning.

Clean comfortable and friendly . Tea and coffee in room . Electric kettle and hairdryer. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Friendly and pleasant staff. We didn't eat here so I don't know about the food but there's a Toby Carvery next door so there's plenty of options for food . Bus stop is close by and I think there's parking. All in all I would stay here again , no issues .

This was the best P I we have ever stayed in. The welcome was professional and friendly as were all the staff throughout our one night stay. Room designed by a team who know what is needed rather than just creating a box with bits! Bed, wonderful, shower and towels excellent. The breakfast was great and the cooked was "to order' and carried out by lovely Rosie. Farouk and his small team did everything to please and ensure our stay went well. We frequently visit relations in the area and will certainly come back in the future
