The worst hotel experience ever!!! Everything in this hotel is dirty!!! Starting from the carpets, toilets, beds full of bed bugs, cushions with hairs, no heating in the middle of winter with 0 degrees outside! Moldy walls, poor breakfast... The staff was very unkind and unwilling to listen to any complains!The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there are industrial capacities around it, no stores, no cafes or any other useful objects. I dont understand how this hotel passed the sanitary checks! It should be illegal for people to stay here...

Clean room, cleaning every day, good breakfast, bus stop nearby, 7 stops to the center (25 minutes), helpful staff. The only negative is the drainage of water in the shower cabin is not thought out. Didn't use TV.

I stay at this hotel regularly for work. I would like to note the attentive staff! I forgot my headphones in the room and when I returned three days later, they were gladly returned to me. I want to thank all the staff for this ❤️
