Excellent location in Budapest, the hotel is in a monument building, the rooms are spacious, the design is in accordance, the linen is of good quality. The pool with thermal water, mineral water are wonderful. Thank you to the master for the sauna rituals, it is a plus for the spa!

A very clean, beautiful place, there are pools with thermal water, moldy and wet saunas. Highly recommend this place and hotel.

It was great to stay. We can use the swimming pool in other building. Breakfast was also good for two kids.

This is not my first time staying on Margaret Island, there are two hotels with a common magnificent SPA area, with swimming, thermal pools, saunas. All this is free for guests of both hotels. There are some subtleties in the form of some distance from the city center, but, specifically, for me - this is a plus. The 26 bus runs regularly and on schedule. Grand Hotel is a little worse (older rooms, but this is a hotel with history!) than the modern neighboring Thermal, but it is also much cheaper. I like both hotels. This time I was checked in much earlier than 15-00, upon departure they gave me an excellent breakfast to go (I left very early), where they put everything at my request, took into account all my wishes, I was touched. The staff is great!

The interior space of the room is quite large, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. It is located on a small island, but the interior of the room is old and stingy. I am not willing to turn on the heating. It is very cold when I sleep in the middle of the night. The furniture is very old and the overall color is dark and a bit depressing. The waiter came to clean the house without knocking, which is rude.

Family trip to a hotel which benefits from all the spa facilities, thermal baths, massages, fitness room, medical center (cardiologists, ophthalmologist, etc.)
A very complete breakfast for the price.
Very pleasant staff.
I highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside is the distance from the city but you benefit from priceless calm and silence.
The bus that goes to the city is nearby.
