I had booked an apartment with 3 beds and kitchen (micro and fridge) for several days. I arrived late evening. Had to call reception to bring soap and shower gel. One chair was broken, I gave it to the reseptionist. Microwave was dirty inside. One wall has slide-doors with other room wich makes the noise isolation next to nothing. If somebody talks in that other room, you can hear every word. Because of that I couldn't sleep there first night at all. Reception offered me smaller room just for that one night. In that room not all the electricity outputs were working. Next morning I had breakfast (it was poor) and left to closest Novotel wich was just fine. Reseptionists in Jagello were friendly and trying but otherwise I would not recommend. Dusty and depressing hotel.

I am very disappointed about this hotel. Although it has a good location, in Buda, near to the congress center from Budapest, near to the Mom Park, the hotel is very dirty. It looks like that there was no restaurations since decades. It is not a cheapest hotel, and we booked this hotel because it was near to the congress center, but in 5 days, the cleaning lady came into our room when we put the cleaning sign on the door( one day in 5 days) although there is written down that every day between 10-14 they are cleaning.the room cleaning means that she changed the towels, only this, nothing else. We booked the rooms with breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good for a 3 star hotel, but there is one lady in the kitchen, she served the clients in pijamas or something like that, you had to wait a lot to clean the tables, or to bring something. Everybody from the hotel was nervous not only us. I will upload some photos about the carpet from the hotel. Ok, there was coffee on the flour, but in the XXI century you have a lot of possibilities to clean it. Not worth it! Don’t go!

Llegamos el martes por la noche y desde entonces no han cambiado llevamos tres días y no han cambiado las toallas no han hecho la habitación ningún día a pesar de que se lo hemos dicho en reiteradas ocasiones el Wi-Fi no funciona y el desayuno es muy pobre, tampoco tiene leche fría ni tostada, leche caliente, ni tostadorlas habitaciones están sucias?

Hemos estado 4 días en el infame Hotel Jagello de tres estrellas...estrellas q deben ser fugaces pq es malo de narices...Sucio,con una moqueta q debe tener una vida interior alucinante,llena de manchas de líquido indeterminado...la fachada principal es oscura,sin una luz...parecía el hotel de Psicosis... En los 4 días q hemos estado,no nos han cambiado las toallas...las dejábamos en el suelo y nos las colocaban de nuevo y andando...y olvídate de q te hicieran la cama en condiciones...estiraban la de abajo,si tenías suerte ,y te doblaban la especie de edredón...La limpieza era inexistente,tanto q un día entró un caracol por la ventana y se dejó por ver si lo quitaban ellas al entrar a limpiar...y el caracol cuando volvimos estaba allí,tan campante... El bufet es para reír o para llorar,según te pille el humor:escaso,el café frío,la leche tibia y el zumo de tetrabrick...no hay tostadora y un día q pusieron fruta,una de ellas estaba pocha... Esta lejos del centro,comunicado con un autobús q te acerca bastante rápido...aunq al volver por la noche de visitar la ciudad,está todo oscuro y bastante tétrico... Para terminar,al hacer el checkout, el recepcionista nos abre una habitación para meter las maletas..esa habitación tenía fauna pr. las arañas llevaban cartera...grandes y asquerosas En definitiva,un horror.. Nada recomendable ir,creo q si pusieran esmero,podía ser un hotel decente...pero así,no...
