This hotel has a main building and an annex, and the photos shown are probably from the main building. I was assigned a room in the annex, which is old, full of bugs, and noisy. The amenities listed said it had a refrigerator, but there was no refrigerator, safe, or body soap (there was a hair dryer and hand soap). There were always about four spiders in the corners and walls of the room, and although it may have been the season, there were ants on the bed and small slugs on the wall. But the most painful thing was the mosquitoes. I was bitten by mosquitoes in about three places every night, and the itching did not go away even after several days. In the end, they lent me some insecticide and killed all the bugs myself. I couldn't sleep every day because of the mosquitoes' buzzing, the noise from the road, and the heat. There is no air conditioning here. (There is one dusty electric fan, but we don't use it.) There is something like hot water heating, but I don't know how warm it would be in the winter with just that. I asked if I could change rooms, but they refused because they were fully booked, and they cleaned the room with insecticide. Even so, mosquitoes and ants still came in from somewhere. Also, I stayed for 6 nights, but the room was never cleaned, the bed was never cleaned, and the sheets and towels were never changed. It was a hassle, so I didn't ask, but I think they probably won't change it unless you ask. The gate to the inn is closed with an electromagnet, so you have to ask the front desk staff to open it every time you enter or leave the inn. I appreciate that they are on duty 24 hours a day, but I felt it was dishonest to only use photos of the clean rooms on the reservation site and not to inform people about the existence of the annex, which is inferior to the main building. I also thought it was strange that they listed things that don't exist, such as a refrigerator, as amenities. The photos posted by other guests in their reviews are probably from the main building. The chair in the room has no backrest, just a plastic round chair. The table is wall-mounted, has no depth, and is wobbly. Only the main building has good facilities for the price, so I think that those who stay in the main building are very satisfied, but those who stay in the annex are the worst. I stayed six nights, so maybe they were reluctant to let me use the main building, but I really wish they had assigned me a room where I wouldn't have to worry about bugs, heat, or the lack of a refrigerator. I had a great time in Hungary, but it was unfortunate that I had to fight insomnia and bugs the whole time because of this accommodation. I hope that the annex will be renovated and become a more comfortable environment.

It was really bad After washing in the evening, there weren't enough towels to use in the morning, so I went to get towels on the second day of my three-night stay, but first of all, the receptionist refused to talk to me, saying he didn't speak English. On the afternoon of the first day, I asked for a towel from another employee and received it, but this person refused to talk and didn't even know the very basic and simple word 'towel'. Another white person came and talked to me in English and then ran into me as I was going out to smoke haha. He was less human.

Horrible hotel. We arrived on 12/28/2024 from T-Bank, paid for the room until January 7. We were checked into a room with a broken hot water tap, the room was like a bathhouse. It smelled of dampness, mold and sewage. I asked to fix the tap, they just turned it off. I asked to be moved, but they refused. The stench in the room and colonies of ants on the floor underfoot, I have not seen such horror for a long time. We slept one night, caught a cold, and checked out. I wrote an official letter to the hotel and asked for a refund. Of course, they did not return it. Unsanitary conditions and no one checks them or fines them. Attitude to guests - the concierge yelled at us, turning off the water in the tap. It's a shame to lose money! Just some kind of scammers. Then we lived in another normal hotel.
