The service was DEPLORABLE; we went to a bachelorette party where everything was already reserved and 50% paid, and they had us FOR ONE HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE to check in. They couldn't find the reservation, then they wanted us to leave early from a room that we had reserved and paid for. The service was a disaster, they made us have a horrible time and nobody cared about making us feel welcome. To finally get into the room you have to send a WhatsApp that they respond to you at some point with the data, unsustainable. At the time of paying they also didn't remember that 50% had already been paid, a disaster. A shame because the hotel's infrastructure is beautiful, but we would definitely NOT RETURN. Value apart for the girl at check out who could have been kind and very operative.
