Clean hotel, breakfast with variety but every day it's the same thing, breakfast juices are really bad for my taste. Room ok, cleaning ok, staff super helpful. What leaves something to be desired is the elevator, super small and old, it doesn't have a safety sensor, it closes on us and sometimes it hurts, I was with a baby and I had blue arms because the elevator closed when I was getting in and I didn't come back With a baby on my lap I had to leave quickly, which left me with bruises on my arm. The elevator is tiny and there is only one working, it should at least have a presence sensor so as not to hurt anyone else. Other than that, I recommend it and would stay again, great location.

I didn't need a Brazilian plug adapter in the hotel room socket. My charger socket and straightener have 2 round Brazilian pins, I thought I would need an adapter in Argentina for their standard, but at least in the hotel room there was an input to the socket that works for us Brazilians. The bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness is great, my room was clean and tidy during the 3 days I stayed there. I stayed alone in a Standard Matrimonial room with coffee included. I think this room was good for being alone, as a couple it might be a little cramped. The bathroom is good with bidet, shower and bathtub. The breakfast is good too, there is fruit, fresh juices, cereal, and an omelet preparation table. But the hotel's highlight is its location. Close to the Obelisk, close to several shops and with lots of public transport nearby. There is a Subte (subway) station right in front. There are also several Western Unions nearby. Tip: to buy a pre-paid chip, there is a little shop literally across the street from the hotel with a lady who helps you register the chip with your passport. They also sell plug adapters there.

Great location, close to Av 9 de Julio and Calle Florida. From here you can take several walking tours, such as Casa Rosada, Ateneo bookstore, University of Buenos Aires, Recoleta. Good, clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast.
