Excellent location. Close to all the most relevant tourist places in the City of Buenos Aires. Warm attention. The apartment is just as it appears in the photo. Nice decoration, simple, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time and we will surely return! Highly recommended!

It is very well located (Beruti and Godoy Cruz) in Palermo, one block from Santa Fe, three blocks from the Los Arcos outlet, around the corner from the rural area, in front you have a greengrocer, a 24-hour super pharmacy, a drugstore, a coffee shop... As for the apartment To be outside all day and just sleep, it works. It is small, the bathroom had fungus in the bathtub, the toilet was very dirty with tartar, I bought bleach and cleaned it myself, the mattress of the bed car was old and the cover was broken, showing the foam rubber. The wood of the sleeping car was also broken. One of the roller blinds was broken, to raise or lower you had to tie a knot in the strap, the bottom sheets are not adjustable, they all come off. I made a claim for everything but they never changed the mattress or repaired what was broken. I let them know for future guests. Despite being excellent, the location is very noisy, you can hear everything from the street 24 hours a day. The staff in charge very friendly. Parking is not free. The apartments have garages half a block on Godoy Cruz but they are charged per day, it should be included since it corresponds to the stay in their apartments. Several things to improve.

The accommodation is very basic and too expensive for that. (There are hardly any dishes, pots or hangers in the cupboard). I wanted to pay for the accommodation in cash pesos, as is customary in Argentina. At the reception I was asked to pay either in USD or in pesos at the “blue dolar” rate. An outrage and rip-off. The staff didn't speak English and were unfriendly.

Hermoso departamento y cerca de todo. Muy bien de limpieza y super completo. La terraza que ofrecen es un excelente lugar para relajar y tomar algo. Los chicos que te atienden son unos genios, nos atendieron super bien. Sin dudas volvería!!

Excelente ubicación, transporte público de fácil acceso. Cuenta con descuento en una cochera cercana. La limpieza impecable. Destaco la amabilidad del personal que nos recibió y asistió durante nuestra estadía. Cómodo y lindo! Hermoso lugar para pasar unos días con amigas.

Nos pareció re lindo el lugar. El departamento muy cómodo, limpio y nos encantó el balconcito. Sólo nos faltó un espejo de cuerpo entero! Los chicos que atienden son super amables y la ubicación es buenísima. Hasta nos prestaron la SUBE porque nos la habíamos olvidado! Nos copó!
