The staff was very nice and welcoming, We got the room before the check in time as we arrived sooner after along flight which was really nice. Room was clean and there's a relaxing vibe at breakfast which is small oriental but good coffee. We booked and paid more money for bigger room with balcony and view and got smaller one with no balcony, we noticed that and so they moved us to a larger room it was ground floor so balcony wasn't so nice. We booked 2 nights and they didn't change us towels. Wifi very bad keeps disconnect anywhere inside the hotel. bad noise isolation hearing people walking.

I recently stayed at The Vain Boutique Hotel in Palermo, and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of Palermo, which made it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and stylish atmosphere that felt welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—they were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with any questions or requests. Considering the quality of service and the overall experience, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend The Vain Boutique Hotel and will definitely return on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Great location, nice place, good folks. Liked the vibe in and around Thames 2226. Would love to come again. Florence and David were very hospitable. Plaza Serrano area was good for evening dinners. The gardens are close by. Ricoleta and plaza de Mayo not very far.

Ideal location in the centre of Palermo and yet it was very quiet. My room was very tastefully decorated, huge bed and the best pillows ever! Spotlessly clean throughout. The staff are extremely helpful and happy to give recommendations for eating out, sightseeing etc which is very reassuring for a solo female traveller. It definitely has a boutique hotel feel, far more personal than the big chains and a lovely breakfast too. Great value for money, I would definitely return

The hotel located in center of Palermo. Clean and comfortable hotel, the staff so kindly and helpful. It's Just as the name Boutique hotel . Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served in the lobby in very warm atmosphere. Recommended very much

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Amenities were good. Location of room was ground floor, right next to reception so lots of people traffic. Generally guests were quiet and respectful but not a great room when the family with the screaming pterodactyl children are running amok at 6:30am. The room was quite warm - apparently controlled by the same thermostat as reception though reception seemed cooler. If you're warm and the receptionist looks cold try offering them a sweater and ask them to reduce the temp. WiFi was a little temperamental but this was our experience for most of BA to be fair. Breakfast was tasty and with plenty of options. Also free coffee, juice and cake served in the common room on the top floor every afternoon. It was quaint stay and, on the whole, enjoyable (despite the pterodactyls).

Excellent hotel experience in the heart of Palermo. Comfort and style in expert and kind hands. Very comfortable and cozy room. Very cool rooftop!! Unmissable and very varied breakfast. I would return without hesitation. And the relationship is very appropriate.
