NO A/C!!! BE AWARE!!! This by far the worst hotel condition in Buenos Aires for the location. Owners doesn’t want to fix the AC (told by same employees) since November 2022!!!! Can’t be that cheap! Counter service rude and unprofessional. The only nice guys was the overnight guy with with hair. Marcos(front counter) rude dude! Do not stay there pay extra $20 and go somewhere else! Rooms is dirty and outdated. Walk AC box are from 1960 and don’t work properly. Carpet dirty and super super nasty.

We stayed in room 601 and had to leave because of bed bugs. The carpet has stains. On top of that following day, they charged me for the cancellation of an extra night. Very noisy. Lack of parking. Ancient furniture. They won't offer you a second key. The lobby has worn sofas. Pricey for the crappy conditions they offer.

I only spent one night as I could not get to the apartment in the middle of the night.Two single beds were comfortable, but the ancient AC was so noisy I had to turn it off. The breakfast was very good and the staff very accommodating. Have recommended it t friends mainly because of location and excellent price.

Muy buena relación precio calidad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Por supuesto que es un hotel viejo y al que no le hacen remodelaciones pues si las hicieran no estaría a ese precio sino más caro el personal muy amable. La gente pretende parar 100 dol una habitación y hospedarse en el Alvear palace y eso no es posible salvo pagando mucho más. El hotel cumple y muy bien. El desayuno también.

Pésima experiencia, porque me robaron el bolso ni bien ingresé al hotel. No apareció ningún responsable, no se hicieron cargo de nada... Es tierra de nadie, al margen de las condiciones que distan mucho del precio, no tienen ningún tipo de seguridad. Lamentable todo

Hice una reserva con el hotel, por un tema de fuerza mayor no llegué a Buenos Aires. Lo primero que hice fue comunicarme telefónicamente con ellos para avisar que no iba esa noche ya que había informado que llegaba a las 22:30 hrs aprox. Luego me puse en campaña para solucionar mi visita a Buenos Aires, ya que tenía una consulta médica coordinada a primera hora de la mañana. Logré llegar a mi consulta =). Envié nuevo mail solicitando si podían dejar mi reserva abierta ya que tenía que concurrir nuevamente en unas semanas, por 2 noches. Sin respuesta a mi mail llame a reserva y la respuesta fue:” no tengo forma de saber si ya se pidió el cargo, voy averiguar y te contacto”. Pero nunca se volvieron a contactar. Pasaron 10 días mandé nuevo mail y la respuesta fue :… “penalidad. Para poder cancelar una reserva sin costo, debe solicitarse la cancelación con un mínimo de 24 horas de anticipación a la fecha de ingreso (antes del mediodía)” NUNCA manifesté CANCELAR LA RESERVA. Considero que no les importó nada mi situación ni un poco de empatía. Cabe destacar que para la fecha que hice mi reserva no era de alta demanda. Una pena que en vez de hacer la plata dando un buen servicio la hagan de esta forma. ——- Ahora estoy buscando hotel en la zona de sanatorios o plaza Houssay que de buen servicio para dentro de 2 semanas.

Excelente ubicación en el barrio Recoleta, zona segura (fuimos 4 chicas) cerca de bares y restaurantes, accesible para tomar bus o metro. El hotel es un poco viejo pero bien cuidado, habitaciones limpias, desayuno muy bueno y personal amable dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo

Esta muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo, tienen una organización sospechosa de los empleados (seguridad y limpieza) para delinquir. Esperaron que salieramos de la habitacion para robarnos. Nadie supo ni vio nada. 3 años despues, no responde
